We really enjoyed our stay here. it's a funky little place that looks just like the photos. The hammam was a unique feature that we did use after long days of walking throughout Paris. The furnishings and decor really maximized the use of the small apartment and gave the impression of a much larger space. Very comfortable spot!

Our family loved our stay. This is a very spacious apartment for Paris which has been tastefully designed. It really felt like a home away from home for the 10 days we stayed. The kitchen was so useful and fully stocked for all our family’s needs and the bathrooms are so well done. We travelled with our 2 year old daughter and the apartment had great amenities including a crib bed, black out shutters, toys books and a high chair. We used the sound system and light settings throughout the house. Good location and walking distance to many sights and neighborhoods.

Se for a Patis é um otimo local para ficar. O apartamento é muito bem equipado e muito bem localizado. o anfitrião foi gentil, me recebendo no início e no fim da estadia. Inclusive me ajudou a pedir o Uber para ir embora, pois a minha Internet parou de funcionar (não contrate o serviço de Internet da Vivo Travel)

Nous avons séjourné dans le logement de Bertrand pour le week-end, nous nous sommes régalés. L’appartement était propre, super spacieux et super confortable. Il a toujours été réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci Bertrand au plaisir

Wir waren für 5 Tage in Garches und die Unterkunft entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und Elisabeth war immer für Fragen oder Hilfe erreichbar. Die Fahrt nach Paris war auch sehr einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Es war einer der schönsten Aufenthalte in Paris und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great central location with lots of great cafes/restaurants near by. Easy access to the metro and shopping.

Unser langes Wochenende in Paris war ein Traum und Nicoles Wohnung war ein wichtiger Teil davon. Als große Familie mit 3 Generationen haben wir ein Zuhause in der Stadt gefunden, das nicht nur die ideale Ausgangslage für Sightseeing und Unternehmungen war, sondern uns auch Raum für Entspannung, gemeinsames Kochen und Essen, Lesen und Spielen gab. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit Herz eingerichtet, wirklich alles ist vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Vom Ausblick und der Dachterrasse fange ich gar nicht an... die Bilder werden dem nicht gerecht, in Wirklichkeit ist es noch viel schöner! Nicole ist eine herzliche, großzügige und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die sich viel Zeit für uns genommen hat und auf all unsere Fragen umgehend und hilfreich reagiert hat. Eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung, für die wir dankbar sind. A bientôt!

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

very comfortable place tasteful and practical decorated , easy access and quite nights everything is very comfortable really - only if you a real coffee lover there is only a Nespresso machine which in my opinion is wasteful coffee with additives but there where no capsules available which is good :) I hope this small negative is constructive comment for better coffee and a cleaner planet in the future - I´m surprised you see this coffee all over Paris as I thought French have a passion for good food and quality ingredients. All over I recommend this place and Ana is very helpfull with check in and out.

Appartement conforme à la description, très propre et bien équipé. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour un moment de détente ! L’hôte a été très réactif et agréable dans nos échanges, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement !

A Dominique é muito simpática e prestativa! Me deu boas dicas sobre onde comer na região e se esforçou para me deixar confortável. Além do apartamento se encontrar a poucos minutos do centro de Paris. No entanto, acho que faltou mais capricho na hora da limpeza, a cozinha e a casa de banho se encontravam desorganizadas. Porém, de modo geral tive uma boa experiências

The area was good. But it was a little far from all attractions. Had to ride metro to get to each attraction to walk that area? But the view was stunning and well worth it.

great apartment, exactly like pictured. very nice balcony, bedroom, kitchen, living room etc. has all the things you might need for cooking, etc. very clean, bed was very comfortable. geraldine was very responsive, let me check in early, etc. the only negatives would be, make sure to get the wifi info beforehand, the outer gate is tricky lol its on the left side, and after putting in the code it makes no noise haha. also the street can be a little loud in the morning, but there are earplugs (and eye masks) available :). lastly, beware that the bathroom, very nice, has a tub with a hand sprayer, but no actual shower, very european. just so you know. but overall, great place!

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Charles, la maison est lumineuse, très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Elle est parfaite pour les groupes ou les familles et idéalement située pour visiter Paris ou ses environs.

Laurence a été très réactive et a fourni de nombreuses informations utiles. Le logement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Situé dans une rue calme, il offre un accès facile à pied aux commerces de première nécessité, à plusieurs restaurants, ainsi qu’à un agréable aménagement piéton le long de la Seine. Un vrai plus : le petit jardin qui permet de stationner son véhicule, ce qui est appréciable puisque toutes les places de parking dans les rues alentour sont payantes. Attention toutefois aux manœuvres si vous avez un véhicule imposant : la rue est étroite, en sens unique, avec des voitures en stationnement. Mais en prenant son temps, cela reste tout à fait faisable, d’autant que la plupart des automobilistes se sont montrés patients ! Bref, je recommande ce logement.

A little piece of heaven, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were outstanding, met us on arrival and helped with our luggage, the family were very polite and helpful. Magali took us around the accommodation. Aircon in both bedrooms which was a lovely treat. bottled water and beer in the fridge. The little boat across the river to the accommodation was so nice and a great experience. It was easy to find your way around the area. There is a local outdoor swimming pool with diving boards which was nice. €5. per child and €8 per adult, this was a great experience too! all in all so nice to find this little gem of a place and would recommend it.
