The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon sleeping 10. The caravan is an extra £100. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

This is a relaxing completely self-contained studio in very quiet surroundings yet only a few minutes walk from delicious eateries and quirky bars in Ramsbottom and Holcombe Brook. It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

With a double bedroom, treehouse-style bunk room for 3 children, log burner, large beautiful woodland garden, cosy lounge, kitchen and family bathroom it is the ideal retreat. We're close to Skipton, Malham, The Yorkshire Dales & Ribble Valley. Within 1 hour you can be in Leeds, Bradford, Blackpool or The South Lakes. There's so much for families to do when you stay with us.

Cosy cottage -West Pennine Moors

The historic village of Chapeltown is ideal for walking, cycling or just relaxing. A stone’s throw away is the friendly pub, offering great pub food. A 5 minute walk will take you to the Wayoh reservoir and surrounding areas leading to Entwistle and Jumbles Country park. Turton Tower is a short walk away and Bromley Cross train station is 1.5 miles with a direct line to Manchester and Clitheroe. The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.
