Ingyenes utcai parkolás a ház előtt. Az apartman 600 méterre van az élményfürdőtől (Rába Quelle Gyógy-, Termál- és Élményfürdőtől), 9 percre Győr történelmi belvárosától (Bécsi kapu tér). A lakás erkélye a Bercsényi ligetre néz, ami valamikor a Rába folyómedre volt. A városrész elnevezése nem véletlenül Sziget, mivel folyók által határolt (Rába, Rábca, Kis-Duna)

Toto jedinečné ubytovanie má vlastný štýl. V pivnici je k dispozícii aj bezpečná miestnosť na bicykle. Byt je klimatizovaný a má aj prístup na optický internet.
