Offering airport transfers for a small fee and free parking for larger vehicles with washing and cleaning facilities making rental returns easy. If you have an early morning flight or late arrival Twelve 30 is a lovely start or finish to your Tasmanian adventure!

This modern coastal retreat is located directly opposite Seven Mile Beach and although it feels worlds away, it's just a 20-minute drive from the CBD and offers easy access to the airport. A five-minute stroll brings you to the local general store, where you can stock up on groceries or pick up hot food from the bain-marie. Designed as a laid-back escape from the hustle and bustle, fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco or simply relax with a drink on the deck while taking in stunning water views.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
