From the entrance you come into the two bedrooms, one of them is very spacious with a double bed(1.80m x 2.00) and a single bed(0.90m x 2.00), a large wardrobe offers enough space.The other bedroom is a bit more compact with a double bed(1,80m x 2,00) and also a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are furnished with blackout curtains. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a largewalk-in shower. A parking space is available directly at the house and can accommodate 2 cars. If you bring your bicycles, these can be safely stored and e-bikes have the opportunity to be charged there. Het heeft een weids uitzicht en biedt veel privacy. Het tiny house is met liefde en tot in detail ingericht. Het is volledig van hout en heeft een oppervlakte van 30m². Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, alles wat u nodig heeft is aanwezig. Geniet van het landschap en van de luchten, van de rust en van de ruimte!

Het is 1 van de mooiste plekjes aan het meer met de bijzonder mooie avondzon over het schitterende Paterswoldsemeer. Het is een zeldzaam en rustig plekje.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.
