This beautifully renovated villa overlooking Children's Bay and the Akaroa township was the original farmhouse for the land surrounding her. While retaining the character of the villa, the house has been lovingly restored to create thoughtful sunny spaces in a home away from home. 5 minute stroll down the hill and you are in the village of Akaroa where you will find an abundance of fine local restaurants, unique shops and activities. Allandale Bush Retreat

A nice relaxing bush setting,on a lifestyle block, that also has farm animals.( chickens, ducks & sheep). There is seasonal fruit to pick from our trees, such as apples pears & feijoas. You can have breakfast outdoors with the bellbirds or a barbecue in the evening. We are only an hours walk along a beach track to the local Otorimiro(Governors Bay) hotel , or else it is 5 minutes drive. We are surrounded by beautiful scenery and close to the Port Hill walking tracks and mountain bike trails.

This stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has it all. Views directly over the main wharf and harbour from the living and master. Cafes, restaurants, shopping strip & beach is at your doorstep. Leave the car in provided park. Fully equipped kitchen, dining and laundry. Comfy bedding, master with Queen bed, 2nd bedroom with twin singles. Enjoy a coffee or a wine on the private balcony and watch the sunset over the harbour. Note: stair access to second floor living and to third floor bedrooms.

An 8 minute drive to Lyttelton provides a range of eclectic cafes, restaurants and bars and a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, and a Farmers Market every Saturday our Tiny provides an alternative to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
