This lake front property is way better than what the pictures show. Ken and Suresh were amazing at hosting us. There's quite a bit of open space outside the house to hang out as a large group by the water. And multiple food options to order from Swiggy too, apart from the food cooked at home. Also, there are multiple things to do while here: Don't miss out on kayaking to the nearby island. Visit Marari beach and its shacks. Rent a houseboat, the jetty is close by. Overall, strongly recommend the place.

I loved it. I felt well taken care of and safe in a stunning, peaceful place. Rohini was a wonderful host, and everyone else in the village was lovely as well. My time there went by too fast! I hope to be back next year.

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Herrliche zwei Tage auf dem Hausboot verbracht. Das Essen, die gesamte Organisation und das freundliche Personal waren hervorragend. Die Fahrt selbst ist unbeschreiblich schön und lässt einem aus dem Indischen Treiben entfliehen, was auch mal sehr erholsam sein kann. Ich kann nur jedem dieses Erlebnis empfehlen.

Had a wonderful stay ! The location is serene and right by the beautiful backwaters, which made for a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The property is private and quiet — ideal if you're looking to unwind away from the crowds. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the bathroom was also spotless with good water pressure and all the necessary amenities. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Bicycles were provided, which was a lovely touch — we enjoyed riding around the area and exploring the surroundings at our own pace. The place is also easily accessible by road, so getting there wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen comes with all the basic utensils you’d need for cooking, but do keep in mind that condiments and spices aren't provided. So if you plan to cook, it’s a good idea to bring your own ingredients. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!
