While your in the middle of town, this upstairs suite feels very private with your entry facing tall spruce trees and a small backyard. The space is equipped with one full bath, 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room and a full kitchen. There is wifi and a TV with ROKU setup to allow you to access your own streaming content.

Being right off the Glen highway makes it so convenient to drive North or South. Only 45 minutes away from the great Alyeska Resort. Check out the last two photos of the beautiful view from the main bedroom. The hot tub is usable year-round but cannot be guaranteed when temperature is below freezing.

Comfortable place with a king and bunkbeds

I named this unit Geode-it is beautiful on inside and not renovated on the outside, yet. Built in 1949, a decade before Alaska was a state and stayed in the same family for many generations. Our family purchased it in May 2023. We are having fun up-cycling this special home. The funds go right back into renovating our property for future guests. We pour our hearts into our dream of restoring this special place.
