Ryan and Jake were very helpful, responsive hosts and Eureka was a stunning location to spend a week on Hornby Island. The gorgeous sunsets and tranquil ocean were a joy to watch from the expansive deck and hot tub. The cabin was well stocked and clean and we felt immediately comfortable and at home. It would be great to have access to a dryer in order to dry our bathing suits and beach towels/blankets when the weather isn't hot enough to do it naturally - but that would be our only critique. We hope to book it again next summer!

Wendy's place was awesome! My family had a great time staying here for a week in late March, and found the place to be very comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. It was really nice to have a fully-stocked kitchen - even niche items like a cake mixer and vegetable steamer were available (indeed - baking cakes and steaming broccoli are both things we are known to do while on holiday 🙂). My kids also loved playing with the cool toys in the treasure chest in the main room, and picking out new books to read as bedtime stories from the shelves in their room upstairs. I would highly recommend this as a great accommodation for families on a Vancouver Island holiday.

A fantastic place to stay, in a gorgeous part of BC. Brent and Susie were great hosts; who made us feel at home immediately. The accommodation was perfect for our family of four, with all of the amenities one could ask for and a modern, well serviced dock to moor our boat overnight. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely time in this home!! The kitchen is fully stoked with everything we needed for our getaway. The living room with woodstove was soo cozy. The bougie bedroom upstairs with the gorgeous bathroom and walk-in closet is SO NICE! And the soaker tub upstairs in the other bathroom is beautiful too. The dock and lake access is the perfect place to lounge and swim. We had such a great getaway!!

Such a beautiful, serene place to relax and unwind. Jennifer went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed during our stay and checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was running smoothly. The amenities, along with the care that was put into preparing the home was outstanding. Jennifer’s place was fully stocked with all the basics we could have needed! The location and the views were the highlight of our stay. It truly is a breathtaking area and we will definitely be visiting again soon! One of the best, if not the best experience we’ve had on the island so far!

Beautiful place in wonderful landscape with every comfort one can ask for. We loved the sauna and the kayaks. We could watch sealions and bald eagles from the porch and slept like babys to the sound of the water washing the shore. A dream..

This is a fantastic quaint little beach cottage to enjoy the island's natural beauty. Easy access to fun on the water. The family really enjoyed the lawn sports items the hosts provided. Thank you!

I should not put out how great my stay was because I’m booking it again multiple times this year and don’t want competition! Absolutely perfect!

We stayed for three nights in April 2025. We really enjoyed it, the place is fantastic with beautiful views. Clean and comfortable, the house is so much fun, if a little rustic in places. Slightly disappointed the fire is a gas one but hey ho, we would love to come again. The deck, beach access, hot tub (not fully functional) and the canoes were fantastic. The beach pools are alive with fish and crabs and we had great fun pottering around trying to catch them. Highly recommend some halibut from the seafood shop up the road; great on the bbq. We saw bald eagles, hummingbirds and vultures from the sun room. We were only three , but note the third bedroom is an anteroom to the second bedroom with just a curtain for privacy which might be an issue for larger groups. We were sad to leave.

Wife and I had an amazing few days . We explored all over Bamfield and even had oysters at the Bamfield Wreckage. Our last day we caught a couple crab off the dock ! Very quiet , very relaxing

Such a great spot! The view from the deck is incredible and inside is super comfortable. Everything was clean and we had enough towels, soap, dishes, coffee, etc. Also the amenities were great!! (And the canoe struggles in wind FYI)

Gorgeous cabin on a stunning lake that was wonderful to swim in even in October! The cabin was very comfortable, extremely well equipped and modern. Wish we could have stayed longer.

As we regularly come to Ukee, we were very pleased with this place! It was very central and close to everything we like to do. The space as clean and very comfortable. Well furnished and a cool cabin feel. We’re excited to come back!

Our last-minute decision to go to Ucluelet/Tofino, was likely one of the very best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. That says a lot, because we’ve been very fortunate with all of our experiences. The cabin is beyond exceptional, only outdone by the extraordinary cleanliness. The beds and quality of linens, made the experience that much more enjoyable. So quiet and peaceful as well. There’s everything that you will need within the cabinet itself. It’s also just steps away from Wild Pacific Trail, which takes you along the waters edge and the Amphitrite Lighthouse. The host, Danielle, answered our questions prior to booking and was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. And the little gifts upon our arrival were a real nice touch. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little spot away from the chaos of the city. We loved getting out on the kayaks for sunset and the cabin was clean/neat and just what we needed for a night while passing through. The outhouse was also close by and well maintained.
