Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Boligen har en meget attraktiv plassering: Sentrumsnært: Kun 10–15 minutters gange til Ålesund sentrum. Kollektivt: Busstoppet «Kirkegata» ligger kun 2 minutter unna. Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. Dere får nyte landlige omgivelser, og kan gå rett opp til Myklebusthornet (Ellingsøyas høyeste punkt). Gode parkeringsmuligheter ved huset. Mulighet for lading av el-bil.

Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)
