The town includes many shops and restaurants, along with Colby Sawyer College and The New London Barn Playhouse. Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

This place is a dream. Please enjoy the outdoors and everything this amazing place has to offer. The pool will be reopened around May 2025 (weather dependent. It is a heated pool and salt water. Pool rules: absolutely no diving. No children under the age of 18 should be near or in the pool area without supervision under any circumstances. NO glassware by the pool. The Back 80 Yurt

Is a spacious 24 foot Yurt next to Mt Cardigan state park. From the Yurt you can hike ,snow shoe or backcountry ski on miles of well marked AMC trails , as well as climb Firescrew and Mt Cardigan. This is the only off-grid Yurt acessable to the AMC state park. This is not a drive up, in the winter prepare to hike 1 mile, and in the summer 300 yards up a windy forest path. The Yurt has everything you will want from a wood stove , cook stoves. We have raised the price for plowing cost
