Sunrise Farmhouse

Enjoy the peaceful view from this house on 15 acres. Sleeps 10. Three bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed and full bath, one with a king-sized bed, and one tiny room with a narrow-twin bed and full bath. The dining room also has a small sofa bed, and the living room has a double sofa bed, a very long couch, and a narrow-twin bed. Located 1 mile from downtown Sparta, and a quarter mile to a wonderful public gym/pool. Self check-in. Internet, TV and streaming. Plenty of parking. No pets.

Built in 2013, 4 beds in this 3 BR + queen sleeper sofa, 2 bath, Single Story "non-smoking" cottage. Central heat and air conditioning, gas fireplace, full laundry facilities, high speed Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, 2 TV's, fully equipped kitchen including Keurig Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, pots/pans/dishes. A wrap around porch to rock away the time and fire-pit for s'mores, and a rear covered porch with gas grill. Open parking for 3-4 vehicles and situated on a publicly maintained asphalt road.

Hang out on the porch, grill away in our new timber framed grill shack, lounge in the hot tub, sit by the river, or explore the downtown or Blue Ridge Parkway minutes away! This home backs up to Doughton Recreation area with endless hiking and camping access. Downtown Sparta offers dining, shopping, and entertainment, and is a short 7 mile drive. The New River is available with ample put ins for kayaks, or take a short 40 minute drive over to West Jefferson. Both beds are queens and new queen sleeper sofa in living room

River Front retreat

Our home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath post & beam style cabin. It sits on 4 acres with mountain access/views, and river views with easy access. We are directly on the New River with 330 feet of river frontage at the end of a private road with plenty of distance to the closest neighbor. The living room has a beautiful stacked stone fireplace with a pullout couch and 2 sets of French Doors opening onto the front porch and the spacious side covered porch.
