It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Die Wohnung hat 1 Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Vorraum und separates WC. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine, aber fein ausgestattete Küche und einen Essplatz für 2 Personen. Ich wohne gleich nebenan, den Garten teilen wir uns. Lasst uns miteinander Kaffee trinken im Garten 🪴 ☕️

The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.
