Everything was absolutely lovely - memories were made that will last a lifetime and we can’t wait to come back! The estate and villa are impeccably maintained! We had the most restful nights sleep we’ve ever had on holiday! The on-site team is world class! Terri, your personal concierge is a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond to help make your stay the best possible! Derrick is wonderfully helpful and works hard daily to maintain the beach and property. Karla, handles your daily housekeeping and is a sweetheart, a bright ray of smiley sunshine! Thank you Sari and team for making this one for the record books! The property is truly stunning a once in a life time place to experience and stay in we loved how it was out of town and private just for our family! We enjoyed exploring off the pier we saw so many rays sea turtles and Henry ( the eel that lives by the pier) it was so cool! We highly recommend staying here! Being on the north side of the island was so peaceful!

We loved our stay at La Perla. The condo was comfortable and perfect for our family. We felt like we had a private beach and enjoyed so much time lounging on the comfortable deck furniture with endless views. We loved swimming out front and were amazed at how much sea life there was right there. Our son fished for hours off the private dock. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable. They helped with booking a massage, our island hopper flight, golf cart and the in home chef. The tour company they recommended was great as well. We loved our time at La Perla and can’t wait to go back!

This place was a great opportunity to experience Belize from a local perspective. We came during Easter, which was a very lively party. During and especially after the festivities, Claudia‘s place felt like a home and refuge away from home. It was a beautiful space and super convenient. We were very impressed from our arrival to our departure. We will definitely be keeping this place at the top of our list for our next Belizean excursion!

Amelia’s place was great! Had the good weather stuck around would have been even better, but that doesn’t reflect on the property. Thankfully we had a great house to stay in because of the weather. Loved hanging out in the hammocks and walking on the pier and checking out the sea creatures. There was a lil juvenile local crocodile hanging around out by the pier we got to see a couple times. Couldn’t get a good picture though because he wants nothing to do with people. All in all it was great stay and visit. rooms are big and spacious. A.C worked great. We had two boys, 5 and 8 and me and my wife. It was perfect. Would stay again.

La Perla was just what they advertised. The staff and the people we encounter were the best. Michaela was on top of everything. She not only met our needs but often anticipated them. She made sure everything and everyone we needed were in place to ensure a great time. Starting with our taxi driver Chris who greeted us warmly at the airport. He was absolutely top notch and took customer service to an extreme level. Omar provided our golf carts also went the extra mile to ensure part of our group stayed safe and dry while waiting for the rest to come in. Even Bol, who made sure we got into our villa safely after being 7-8 hours later than expected. I highly recommend this resort, primarily because of the people. Customer service is definitely a top priority for La Perla and San Pedro Island as a whole.

Our AIRBNB stat was AMAZING! The is bigger than it looks on the pictures. Each room had its own air conditioning and it was stocked with everything we needed. They even arranged for a chef and massages for us. This was better than staying at a hotel! We will be back.

Beautiful home. Location was great. They communicated extremely well and fast. We will definitely be back.

Sari’s place was a wonderful fit for our family of four. The basic prestock was perfect. Miss Terri arranged our flights to Ambergris Caye, as well as met us at the airport to shuttle our bags to the Airbnb. The upgraded golf cart was a great suggestion due to the distance from town and the condition of the roads. Miss Terri also arranged for our two excursions: Caye Caulker catamaran sail and snorkeling, and the Mayan ruins and cave tubing. Both were amazing! Miss Terri gave great recommendations for restaurants and other places to explore on the island. We spent a day at Margaritaville and enjoyed that. Overall, recommend for a family or friends that want to be far out of San Pedro.

This place is really nice and the view from the home is fantastic. Scott is always responsive to any inquiries. This is out second time staying at Tres Banderas and we will check availability here first on our next trip to San Pedro.

Indigo is a series of three buildings, and about 15 privately owned condos, all managed by an on-site concierge. Each condo is well-appointed and clean, and I think they all have Ocean views. you can see the Coral Reef from the balconies, and the water breaks on them, though the big reef is a bit too far to swim out to, you can see smaller things if you want to swim close to shore. There are two king beds in this unit, then a bunk room with four twins. The furniture was comfortable. The entire complex is very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. There are two permanent residents, who are very quiet. It is wise to plan water activities (diving, snorkeling, fishing, etc, )and you can plan to be picked up right on the water at Indigo. The secret beach was a fun, bumpy golf cart ride away and we enjoyed it a lot. For a fancy dinner, try Mambo at the Matachico Hotel. It was fabulous. And trust the advice from Manuel the concierge. He gives great advice, and does not mark up!

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful time! The house has a great floor plan so we didn't feel that we were on top of each other. Everyone had their own bathrooms. We met regularly in the living area to convene before our day trips. The girls loved the rooftop bar and spent many nights there looking at the scenery. The quick boat trips were easy and if we needed to make a quick trip off the boat schedule, Deano was there for us. We also made several trips to the hotel pool to hang out, float and enjoy the scenery. We ate regularly at the Coconut Cafe that was a short walk. Since 3 of us had been to Belize before, they knew San Pedro so we spent a lot of time going back and forth for restaurants, shopping and excursions. I'd definitely book this house again! It was perfect for us!

If your looking for the perfect paradise, this is it! The estate was so beautiful and well kept. It had a fully equipped kitchen, the beds were so comfy, we had the best nights sleep, and relaxing rain showers that made coming home after exploring even better. The staff is amazing and attentive, we opted for villa pre-stock, so we wouldn’t have to get groceries, they offered daily housekeeping and a free laundry service, and have the best concierge. Terri made our trip so memorable. She had wonderful recommendations and non fell short of spectacular. We were able to lounge right on the beach of the estate, this private villa is the definition of relaxation! Being on the north end of the island is truly the way to go. We spent half a day in town (which is really all you need) and the rest traveling around to see all the island has to offer. There are so many places we wouldn’t have experienced if we didn’t venture out. This was the perfect private and quiet escape we needed!

A great visit to Belize from start to finish. Sherry was great at quickly orienting us and Dino was always nice ferrying us across the back bay. The 4 br 4 BA was perfect for us, tons of room. House was clean and kitchen well equipped. Knee deep pool was all we needed to get wet and lounge in to cool off. Nice to have Coconut Cafe, lead by Chris, just 60 yards away for an easy, chill dinner with spectacular setting/views. Quick access to yet away from busy town at night. Would recommend to any and all.

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb in southern Belize! It was about a 20-minute golf cart ride to town, and just two doors down was Playa De Sala adult boutique hotel, where we enjoyed delicious food ordered through Whattsapp and a lovely rooftop restaurant. The house had a well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) and was super clean, with plenty of towels. While the pool was smaller than expected and had only two lounge chairs, there was additional outdoor seating and a short private dock that wasn’t shown in the photos. Both king bedrooms (one upstairs with stunning sunset views) were spacious and could be considered master suites. However, keep in mind that the beach area wasn’t swimmable due to a seawall. We loved our 7-day stay and wished we’d booked it for our entire two weeks instead of moving to a condo. If we return to Belize, we’d choose this place again without hesitation.

This was a great stay for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well as did the wifi. Loved the dock and pool and palapa hangout oh, and hammock. Out of the busy town area, private, and relaxing to watch sunrises and sunsets.

Loved everything about La Perla. The location was perfect and provided enough space for all of us (6). A hurricane was approaching and I do think more clear communication would have been nice. However I get it was alll pending information. Otherwise the staff was amazing. They helped in every way possible. We were far from the town but it wasn’t a big deal. The ride was rocky but peaceful. Enough dishes and supplies.

Everything was wonderful at the rainbow villa. It was spotlessly clean. The AC was cold. The pool was clean and the beautiful dock was perfect to be picked up for a trip. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The truck stop, a nice little breakfast place, rum dog, highly recommend, would come back!!

Place was great. Gabby was super helpful and responsive with everything. She arranged multiple excursions for us that were above expectations! Thanks for everything!!!

Great place to stay. Loved the location and the house. The pool was perfect for our kids. Communication was amazing which really helped during our short trip and Marilyn made things really easy and met us at the airport and helped get us situated. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to future guests.

Jorgie and Meri where absolutely amazing and so incredibly accommodating. hope to see them again. The view was breathtaking.

Nellie provided us with great communication. The unit was exceptionally clean and when we needed assistance with our drive, Nellie sent a maintenance person within minutes to resolve the problem. We had a wonderful experience and the Paradise Villas are in the top notch location on the beach and close to all amenities and restaurants.

Great location in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views from the rooftop patio. A short golf cart ride away from all of the action.
