This stay was a dream! Gorgeous lake views from every room, a cozy and beautifully decorated home, and the most welcoming host you could ask for. Danny was super responsive, kind, and made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. Our girl’s reunion weekend was exactly what we hoped for — peaceful, beautiful, and so memorable. Highly, highly recommend this special place!

We came up for a concert for the night and it was a great experience. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful perk and very well maintained and nice. The house is beautiful and spacious. Miles was extremely accommodating, we needed to get there a little early to help with making the concert on time and it was no problem at all. He worked with us and when there was an issue with the internet. he came and fixed it in person. The location is killer too! I strongly recommend staying here, it was a wonderful experience in every way!

We had a lovely stay… I had to agree with Barbara that the construction was very loud and it was hard to relax in the pool with the sounds of lots of construction noise but those are things beyond the owners control. We love the location and thought it was a great house and the pool was phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay and it was clean and really enjoyed the close proximity into town. Thanks again for letting us use your beautiful home!! I would definitely rent this home again in the future just due to the location. :)

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

Man we were so lucky to get the opportunity to stay at Judi's place. My wife and I stayed there while we were eloping in Bar Harbor and it was so fun!!! We had never stayed on an island that you have to ferry to but it was honestly way easier than you think it's going to be. Judi provided AMAZING notes and recommendations, we felt very prepared before we got there! Is there anything I would change about our stay? Nope! The only thing to note is that the market was closed the weekend we were there because the family that runs it was out of town! Haha so small town! So just make sure you check that if you're planning on getting stuff from there but it's so easy to get back and forth from Northeast Harbor it really wasn't a problem. Would I recommend this to anyone? 10000000% I would and I hope we get to bring our son back to stay here as well someday! Thank you so much for an amazing stay Judi!!!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The home is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed for our group of six. Travis helped us coordinate transportation to the home from a different Airbnb in PV and then to the airport. The driver was awesome. David met us at the home and gave a quick tour and was very helpful. We did end up renting a golf cart after walking the first day. We would definitely stay again!!

Spacious single family home. Close to bars, restaurants, Wrigley Firld. Great for a family event

We’ve stayed in this space many time and it is always the perfect place to relax in between hiking and exploring the town. The tub is perfect to soak sore muscles after a long hike and bed is very comfortable. We usually cook a couple meals and always have what we need to do so.

Our 2nd visit to PVR, but 1st time staying in the RZ. It was great! A block off the beach, so much to do nearby, and surprisingly quiet at night. Really quiet! The condo was super, the rooftop fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful, and other people staying there were nice too. We would for sure stay here again.

Found this Condo to be delightful. Condo is part of a bigger complex managed by someone else...not Karina. Keep that in mind. Being right next to the pool and the beach was so convenient, however the Condo management (not Karina) locked beach access at 7PM - 7AM. The nice thing is Karins's MASTER Key and if you get locked out, you can go around another door in the parking lot. I don't know what they are trying to do by locking that beach door. AC was great. Bed was comfortable. Nice sunlight into the area. Had to figure out the shower, wasn't the best but it did what I needed. The parking garage is fine but expensive, multiple restaurants in walking distance. Really in the heart of Condado and that was what I needed. Very nice place for my purpose.

o espaço deles Carlos é ainda mais lindo do que nas fotos. Estava extremamente limpo e é completo, tem absolutamente TUDO. Colchao e roupas de cama e banho IMPECÁVEIS! Ate chapinha de cabelo. Carlos foi um anfitrião muito querido e respondeu rapidamente nas vezes que precisei! Se vc vai à Floripa e deseja ficar em um local lindo e tranquilo, aqui é o seu lugar. Voltarei sempre!

We had a truly wonderful week staying in the Casa Grande. There is so much to do and see in Puerto Vallarta, but it was sometimes hard to leave the oasis Susan has created here! You inevitably do, but you really look forward to arriving back at the end of the day. The location, the amenities, and the hosting is unmatched. We especially enjoyed sunsets on the patio and time spent in the adjoining garden. Susan went above and beyond in many ways to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you - we can’t wait to return!

It was a pleasure staying at Josés place. Everything was super convenient and there was everything you needed. Communication was great and José answered very fast and was very helpful. Location was also perfect. My warmest recommendations.

This place was amazing! Communication from the beginning was awesome. The transportation we needed from the airport to the Airbnb and anywhere else nearby was easily accessible. We loved the Airbnb and private beach area. Will definitely be coming back!

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! Thank you, Pablo, for being such a great host!

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

Bethany‘s place was perfect. We had a function. It was close with plenty of restaurants & things to do. Minutes from two different freeways!

We had an amazing time, and this place is absolutely gorgeous. Jorge and Alfredo were wonderful hosts. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this space and the surrounding area. It is so inviting and serene, and it truly helped to make our trip something special. It’s just a short walk down the hill to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. But honestly, between the private pool and amazing view, no one would blame you for staying in your room all day! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay

GREAT location - direct access to private beach - we saw a turtle swimming our last day and spent 15 mins following it.. was so cool. Paynes beach is actually where the Catamarans stop to see the turtles and swim. Lots of really nice restaurants around too.
