Ons gezellige guesthouse met sauna ligt op een eiland aan de Leidsche Vaart bij het Braassemermeer. U vindt ons tussen Amsterdam (ong. 30 minuten, auto), Schiphol (ong. 20 minuten, auto en 30 minuten, bus) en Den Haag (ong. 35 minuten, auto) in het Groene Hart. Veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen, wandelen (gelegen aan het Marskramerpad), varen, steden en/of strand (25 minuten) te bezoeken. Eigen badkamer met sauna (10,-), koffie/ thee en mogelijkheid tot koken, eigen terras met barbecue.

Ons modern ingericht verblijf heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

Nice clean cosy private quiet 35m2 NON smoking stay, super located. 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Near Amstel Hotel, centre at 3 minutes walk. Enjoy the inner city and come home in a peaceful place, or have a drink at the terras of Ysbreeker. Sleeping positions: 1 bedroom and in the main room there's a sofa bed, ( let me know if you want to use this) kitchenette, tv. Just out of the crowded touristic area, near museums & restaurants. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek.
