Ons huis staat in de Watergraafsmeer in een rustige straat, op loopafstand van de Middenweg, met leuke restaurants, winkels om boodschappen te doen/ te shoppen. Vlakbij het Frankendaelpark en tramstop 'Hogeweg' (lijn 19/richting city center) biedt ons huis veel voor een verblijf voor zowel een gezin met kinderen als twee stellen. Er zijn 2 verdiepingen, en een naastgelegen woonkeuken (60m2). De bovenste twee verdieping zijn separaat verhuurd (longstay). De hal/trap wordt gezamenlijk gebruikt.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Fully furnished apartment on the Prinsengracht

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Families and couples only :) Welkom to our lovely place! It is new (2018), comfortable, spacious yet intimate and cosy. The entire house has floor heating and (in summer) floor cooling. Next to the spacious hall and stairways, we offer: a livingroom/kitchen three bedrooms bathroom toilet storeroom with washing facilities Perfectly suitable for families with (small) children. All prices are excluding tourist taxed (7% of the rental price plus 8€ per person per day).

It is located in the East of Amsterdam, between the Oosterparkbuurt and the Indische buurt, near two beautiful city parks Oosterpark and Flevopark. It is a spacious house with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathroom on the second floor and a big garden including free private parking. Public transport is nearby. The best family home (including two cats) you'll find, so you are welcome to enjoy your stay!

There are two living areas, one equipped with a cinema projector, the garden was recently upgraded but we haven't taken pictures of that yet

Spacious townhouse dating from 1903 with private garden in a quiet residential area. Particularly well suited to guests travelling together, families, and business visitors. We do not accept groups with an average age under 35. Please note: by municipal law, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including infants. Our home offers 4 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with double doors opening onto the garden.

This is a wonderful newly built family house of 140m2 home where you can completely relax with your family. It is fully equipped, also for the children. Modern furnishings, comfortable couch, comfortable large dining table, large wel equipped kitchen, floor heating, nice rug on the floor, enclosed garden to play, free parking in front of the door. And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. You can park in the streets (paid).
