This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

'Miles' is a spacious bungalow with large garden and private access to the beach. The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. Located right on the sand dunes with direct access to long golden sands, it is the perfect place for families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday or a bolthole for those in search of a cosy coastal retreat. Cleethorpes is an easy cycle ride or 5 minute drive away offering plenty of amenities and long promenades with ornamental gardens and a pier.

Blenheim Caravan.

"Blenheim" A home from home. This caravan is set in the scenic town of Hunstanton. Full of sandy beaches, woodland, wildlife and much much more. The town is full of quaint coffee shops and the surrounding villages have much more to offer. We will accept 1 well behaved dog, although we do ask them to not lounge on sofas or beds. Dogs are an extra charge of £15 per dog/per night. Please email owner for any deals when booking regarding individual needs always happy to accommodate.

This beautifully presented 35x12 foot caravan offers large living spaces without compromising on storage. We have double glazing, central heating, decking and wifi log in details are on the router. It has recently been furnished and bedding is included in your stay but please bring your towels. We have direct access to the beach and cafe and Fantasy Island is a 5 minute walk and Sealand's pub is across the road.
