Nestled in the hills our 1 bedroom cottage is the perfect getaway. With your own kitchen, full bathroom (shower) and a spacious lounge w/ fireplace, you'll have everything you need. Breathtaking views, gorgeous sunsets and stunning sunrises are plenty. The famous Te Apiti Wind Farm of the Manawatu can be seen from most parts of the property, along with the picturesque hills, old sheds and lush vegetation. Not to mention, it's a bird's paradise. 12 The Lane is situated down a rural private lane. It is a luxurious self contained studio on a lifestyle block approximately 10 minutes to Palmerston North and 5 Minutes to Ashhurst and 15 minutes to Massey University by car. There is small kitchenette with a microwave, jug, toaster and tea, coffee and a small selection of cereals. Plenty of off street parking with room for bigger vehicles and trailers. You may meet our big fluffy cat Pepper, kitten Ink, crazy chickens and our friendly sheep.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

South Street Lodge

Located directly across the road from Manfeild entrance and Kowhai Park, walking distance to the heart of Feilding, and only 15 minutes drive to Palmerston North makes this guesthouse a great choice for those looking to attend a Manfeild event, business meetings, visiting friends or family in the area or simply having a trip away.

Come and relax in our lovely comfortable Airbnb with an open-plan living area and sheltered deck. It is situated on a large section with a lovingly maintained garden, making it suitable for a family get away or for use when in town on a business trip. The Esplanade and river walk are only 800m away and the CBD is a quick 1.5km drive. We are also in close proximity to Massey University and UCOL. The friendly host will ensure you have everything you need.

Kawau - House Upstairs - private area

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.

R and R on Russell

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located studio near the hospital. A fully refurbished modern, quiet studio with all the comforts of home provided, including free off street parking. The studio is located at the rear of our family home. Enjoy a private self-check in with it's own entrance that is separate from the attached garage.
