Only 60 meters far from the sea and 30 meters away from the local supermarket, this 2-level private villa is located in the beautiful village of Skala Fourka, in the heart of a green & sunny scenery. An ideal place for couples and families, this house can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of two bedrooms with garden view, an attic, a living room with a fireplace, A/C, a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, bathroom, WC, internal staircase and a patio/porch with a private garden.

Sea-Fourka Studio Red

The closest beach is a 7-10 minute walk and the coastal village of Fourka is around 15-20min walking distance. The studio is 35sq/m. It is on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom, kitchen-living room, bathroom, front and backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a spacious fridge and all utensils necessary for cooking. There are 2 more beds in the living-room, one single and a comfortable foldout sofa. Studios are suitable for families due to the direct access to the garden.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

You will stay in a cozy apartment, just 150m. away from the beach. It is located in quiet small district and it is recently renovated. You will have 2 private bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. The apartment comes with a private parking spot that you can freely use during your stay. I will be happy to give you tips about Fourka, nice taverns, beaches and other things you can do in Chalkidiki. Feel free to ask me :)
