Fantastic Christmas and New Year's Getaway! We just spent an incredible holiday season at this amazing property. The house was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. The friendly helpers made our stay truly unforgettable. They were always available to answer our questions and help us with some last-minute requests. The kids had an absolute blast playing pool and splashing around in the pool. The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped for our needs. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so special. Highly recommend!

Cozy, clean, and welcoming. Merlyn’s Place was the perfect stay. The unit looked exactly like the photos posted here in the app. Nancy was also kind in answering our queries and accommodating our requests. A truly thoughtful host. Highly recommended! Worth the price!

Sir Romeo is a great host. Always replying as soon as possible, and is very accommodating of my questions and inquiries. The place is in a very good location, walking distance to SM City Davao. All amenities as described on the listing. Just have to suggest about the hot and cold shower if it could be fixed. But all in all, it was a great stay. We slept good the night before our 7-Eleven run and had a great rest after the race.
