Luxury lakefront cottage. Shallow wade-in water near the shore and deep off the large 20x20ft dock. Custom stone steps will take you down to both the dock and the lake. Large outdoor dining options and many areas to sit and relax. Spacious chef's kitchen. Large indoor wood-burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and lots of water toys, including 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and a SUP board. There is also a trampoline for the kids! Our Kabin is a newly renovated, all-season, boutique 4 bedroom cottage (approx. 1,500 sq ft) with many details and features that we are excited to share with you. Located at the water's edge, the Kabin has beautiful south-eastern exposure, overlooking Lake Paudash. Water can be accessed by the gently sloping sandy beachfront or from our brand new dock. Just over 2 hours away from Toronto, but the scenic Hwy 28 makes the time fly by. We just LOVE our place and are certain that you will too!
