川と川が合流する石垣の上にあり、木々に囲まれた古民家をリノベーションした、素泊まり一軒宿となっております。 見える範囲に他に建物はなく、川の音、鳥の鳴き声、自然との一体感をお楽しみいただけ、水道も湧水(水質検査済)となっております。 季節によって、川遊びや、かっぱ滝を目指して、宿の横の川を行き交う方々もいらっしゃいます。 お天気が良ければ、川遊びはもちろん、ご持参いただいた食材でBBQ、 焚き火も楽しみいただけます。 (火の取り扱いには充分お気をつけください。) 雨の際は、お部屋の中にある囲炉裏にて、ご持参された食材を炭火でお楽しみいただいたり、調理器具、レンジ、食器類も備えておりますので、ゆっくり川音を聴きながらの調理はいかがでしょうか。 川沿いの散歩道を上に進むと、150m程先に「かっぱ滝」もございます。 夕食等の飲食物は、ぜひチェックイン前にご用意ください。スーパーまでゆっくり車で20分かかります。 古民家の400m手前より、道が未舗装で狭く、わかりづらくなっておりますので、 「camu椿山」までお越しいただけましたら、私達が、ご案内させていただきます。

"Failte" is a Celtic word meaning welcome or hospitality. Up to 11 guests can be accommodated. There are no other residences nearby. This Japanese villa and garden, covering about 6,600 square meters, is located in Arita, a town famous worldwide for its pottery. The 130-year-old Villa Kaede, originally built as a guest house by a founder of Arita Bank, has been beautifully renovated. Visitors can enjoy a garden that showcases the changing seasons. The villa also serves as a convenient base for day trips to places like Nagasaki City, Unzen, Ureshino, Sasebo, Hirado, and Huis Ten Bosch.
