The property was beautiful and Yadira was very responsive. Loved our stay.

Great house in central location. Yard and all the activities for kids greatly appreciated. All tvs had Netflix, Hulu, etc. kitchen pretty well equipped could be better. Chip / dip set, bigger Tupperware would be useful. Ice machine wouldn’t dispense. Pool and hot tub in good condition.

The space as much bigger than we expected! Appliances are all new and top notch & the house was very clean. It felt very luxurious staying here!

Great place to stay! Our plan was to find a fun place to stay with a kid (10 years old) and this house was a definite win! From swimming to basketball to playing pool, we were really happy we booked this listing. The directions/instructions were super clear, and tackled all possible questions/concerns right from the start. If you have a multi-family need, having 3 rental options on the same property is cool too! We have family in Phoenix so are definitely keeping this listing for the next time we visit.

Great house and hosts! The house is spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the linens and towels were clean. The kitchen was very well and thoughtfully stocked. We have stayed at multiple Air BnB's and this was by far one of the best overall. Thank you to Cory and Meredith for being such great hosts, we look forward to visiting this home again in the future.

Ernesto’s house was perfect for our family. We were visiting GCU and it was an easy short drive to campus. Neighborhood was quiet and there is a great park with playground just down the street. The house was very clean, well stocked kitchen and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor pool, although we wished it would have been warmer water. Thoroughly enjoyed the place. We would highly recommend!

Before we talk about the house I just want to say the host and the cleaning team are amazing kind humans. Which would make the experience great no matter what, lucky for you though the home is also superb. Exactly as pictured, quite area, close to most things you could need, amazing backyard, and well thought through touches. Thank you for our families time in your home.

Great location, easy access to main roads and freeway. Condo was very nice, plenty of room and the balcony was delightful in the evenings.

It was clean, very well-appointed and beautifully decorated, and the lovely outdoor patio was a real bonus. The location was terrific too, as it was just two short blocks from the Scottsdale Fashion Mall with many great restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very cute place to stay. Loved that it had a covered parking space. The memory foam bed was nice. Glad there was a extension cord in the bedroom because there arent many plugs around but that is usually what happens in older places. I LOVED there was distilled water for ironing. The kitchen is well equipped. She was very quick to respond when I was having trouble opening the door.

The Beverly was the perfect getaway for the family! All of the right amenities, great location, uber-comfortable bed, and a pro-active, communicative host. 5 out of 5! Strongly recommend!

Our group of 6 ladies enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, cozy couch to curl up on in the evenings! We took walks in the neighborhood. It was nice and quiet and felt safe. House was clean and comfortable! Only thing was it didn’t look like the pool guy had been by to clean the pool the day before but it was fine. Not gross , just could have used a vacuum and been skimmed. Am mentioning it because I seen in another review the pool wasn’t clean. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you Jonathon!

The place was perfect for our trip. The location was fantastic being close to both Old Town Scottsdale and the ASU campus. The layout of the house was nice, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a park nearby that was perfect for walking every morning. The hosts reached out to us before our arrival to let us know that the pool was still being worked on. We still had access to the hot tub. Because of this slight inconvenience, they offered us a reimbursement. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

This is an amazing oasis with the beautiful pool and cabana area. We stayed for a girls getaway and had a fabulous time, Bryan is an amazing host! We look forward to coming back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous Arcadia home. The inside was beautiful, clean and spacious. The backyard was the perfect place to spend our time in between the pool, fire pit and lawn area. Great for kids and adults alike. The neighbourhood was also beautiful and quiet and felt safe. The front porch views of Camelback was an added bonus! Great location - super close to old town Scottsdale and other shops and restaurants. We had a little one and we could walk to a lovely playground which is really close to the house. Highly recommend and hope we can come back and stay again. A big thank you to hosts!

Roseanne's place is a spacious, beautiful home. 4B 3ba. So many sitting areas inside and out, wonderful big kitchen table and a nook! Nice to have spices, basic kitchen ingredients and supplies (foil, DW soap, spices, olive oil) in the house. Really easy to get in and out with key lockbox, which was good for our group. We would have enjoyed the amazing pool but it was just too cold outside (37° at night, 55° daytime) to be able to warm the pool enough to swim. I'd like to come back in different weather! Roseanne was really responsive to our questions, left us a personal note. We'd love to return when we're in Scottsdale again!

Brad was responsive and helpful. His home was incredibly clean, and the amenities were fantastic. My partner and I had such a relaxing stay. I would recommend to anyone and would stay here again!
