This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Der er 3 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge og et rummeligt badeværelse. Stort køkken-alrum. Alt køkkenudstyr, køle-fryseskab og opvaskemaskine. This traditional and cozy Faroese house, originally constructed in 1896, has, even though it's totally renovated, stayed faithful to the original design. The house features a traditional turf roof and the body of the house still features the same wood/oak which was placed in 1896, giving the house a real warmth. The view is extraordinary, featuring Nólsoy and the harbor of Tórshavn. The renovations of the house give it a modern touch without taking away from the original design.

Cosy house in the old part of Tórshavn in the narrow street Undir Ryggi. The house itself is called "Herastova" after the owners late father. The location is perfect for visitors who want to stay in the historic old part of town. You are in the very center only minutes away from restaurants by foot. The house is well maintained and represents the old traditional Faroese architecture. From the living room you have a wonderful view to Tinganes and the harbour.

It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Blue boathouse in Klaksvík, Faroe Islands

Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.

The location of the accommodation is in the center, the good thing is that it is a short distance to everything in the city center, but if you have a car then there is zona parking at 2 hours outside the apartment from 0900 to 1800 Monday to Friday, but there is a parking space close by and there can be kept for 8 hours. The weekend is free parking outside the apartment.

The house is an traditional faroese house, and was build in 1856. It has been renovated since, but only with the use of old materials. Adress is Undirryggi 7.
