This 400 sq. ft. guesthouse (studio) on a historic property in Westwood, KS has recently been fully renovated and furnished. It has a completely equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, along with a queen-size bed. The guesthouse also includes a washer/dryer off the kitchenette. The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Westwood, Kansas is 2 miles from the Country Club Plaza.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Cabin in the Woods, 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed.

Bring Your Own Float Devices and enjoy floating down to Todd Landing public access point, which is about an hour long adventure. Relax on the deck while enjoying the local wildlife! Bald eagles and deer frequent the area.

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! If you like a little extra in your travels, you're welcome to our 1300 sq. ft. Guest Home on a 17 acre setting just 35 minutes from downtown OKC or 20 minutes from Weatherford OK. Secure location with a gated entry and some quiet scenic country but just a short drive away from the action in OKC. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. Please note: the bed and ceiling above it are low to the ground. Persons with mobility issues might prefer another property. The location is in our backyard.
