The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Roxy Ridge 3, the third cabin in the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom, one sleeper sofa and bathroom. The balcony and lookout tower will take your breath with the surrounding nature and tree top feel of it all.

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Sassafrass Silo Treehouse on Table Rock Lake

The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
