Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

Located on 300-acre farm on Ouachita River with easy access for floats, fishing & private hikes.
