Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Yeritasardakan metro station. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.

Дом расположен недалеко от церкви Ахавнаванк XI века — древнего места с особой атмосферой покоя и истории. Это дом с одним из самых красивых видов в Дилижане, расположенный на участке 3400 м². Каменный дом создан для уединения, тишины и полного отдыха вдали от суеты.
