Nice place to stay. Came here in autumn and the trees were that orangy yellowish color and it felt so really nice. Nice location as well.

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Sehr nette, saubere und gemütlighe Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, sehr gut erreichbar, nur ein paar Minuten bon den Wings of Tatev, der Seilbahn zum Kloster entfernt. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit dem Strom, doch Nelli und die Nachbarin, die auch das Frühstück macht, waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben schnell geholfen. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und reichlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Danke an Nelli und die liebe Nachbarin!

Ruim, schoon verblijf met 2 slaapkamers met alle voorzieningen in een achteraf straatje in het centrum van Gyumri. Geschikt voor een gezin met 2 kinderen maar er zijn eventueel meer slaapplaatsen te creëren.

Great home and hosts! The place actually looked better than the photos -very clean and cozy with everything one would need for the stay. Thank you Temyr and Suren, we hope to return next year for more snow!

Отличный дом для того, чтобы отдохнуть с друзьями на выходных. Красивая, ухоженная территория, классный бассейн. Есть все необходимое: лежаки, зонтик, полотенца, посуда, оборудование для гриля. Ночью очень тихо, никакого гула машин, только звуки природы. Рядом есть магазин, но там только базовые продукты - если хотите чего-то особенного, рекомедую привозить с собой. Мы отлично провели время, спасибо!

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

It was good in general, it had all the cutlery and the necessities. The host was nice and very cooperative. The yard was big and good looking and we were comfortable.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

Thanks a lot, we've been at this villa for a family reunion with people coming from 4 different countries. This calm and distant place surrounded with amazing mountains and caves was exactly what we needed to spend maximum time together. Hiking is just great. Lots of cutlery and dishes to cook delicious food to each other. A very nice big pool where kids spent half of the time, lots of recreation space, a huge garden with grapes and kiwi(!) growing there. The host was sooo helpful at any time of the day!

Rented the apartment for my short stay in Yerevan. Apartment was very clean, location is perfect with easy access to stores and cafes/restaurants. Aram is a very responsive host, check-in and check-out were fast & simple. Would love to stay there during future trips to Yerevan.

Hayk and his family were helpful and kind, the place was cozy, and we had a great time. Just get ready to climb a lot of stairs if you want to walk here from the center of Yerevan!

We’ve stayed at the apartment for one month+ and can definitely recommend it! It is situated in a quite district of Yerevan, with supermarket, cafes and currency exchange nearby. It is 15-20 minutes away from city centre by taxi (~€5). Apartment has air conditioning in every room, so comfortable temperature was not a problem. Host was very welcoming, was responding to any questions in a quick manner and is a true example of Armenian hospitality. Would like to say special thanks to Gevorg and Alina!

Very nice, clean, and cozy place. Has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. And Gayane is a very nice and caring host.

My parents and me stayed for a month in this neat and tidy apartment. Kechi house building has tranquil atmosphere and spectacular scenery. The host Yelena is really attentive and generous. The furniture are new and well kept. It has every appliances you needed and a lot more things to make your trip more enjoyable - hookah, cards, backgammon and small electric clay furnace for kebab, to name a few. Senior landlady who came for check-in and check-out was very good-natured.

The space features a full-size room, kitchen, dining table, and a complete bathroom. It's easily accessible via a set of stairs leading to the rooms, giving it a boutique hotel vibe. Located just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, and various tourist attractions, everything you need is within reach. For transportation, the best Taxi app, y andexgo, which offers convenient taxi services 24/7. The metro system is also very accessible. Overall, this fantastic space comes with helpful owners and is close to all essential amenities. Thank you, JP!
