An amazing place to stay! Great hosts that were friendly and welcoming. Their home was beautiful and the photos don’t do the home justice. I would not hesitate to stay with Anna and Andrew again!

We had a lovely stay at Donna’s place. The house is fully equipped, which was especially thoughtful and convenient for us, travelling with a baby and toddler. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the fire was lit when we arrived—a warm and welcoming touch. The location is right in the city centre and close to everything.

The kitchen was stocked with a wide range of breakfast fare including a huge fruit bowl, cereals, eggs, bacon and breads.

Anna's place is absolutely lovely and Anna is a great host. Very generous, welcoming and kind. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, and best of all the electric blanket kept the cold away! Anna is also an excellent communicator and very helpful. I had a great stay - thanks Anna!

I loved staying at Hillgrove Cottage, it had beautiful cottage charm and was surrounded by trees and plants. Walking distance to the train station, cbd and bus stop to get into uni. I had a wonderful nights sleep and the bathroom was very cute!

We would definitely recommend staying at the loft for your accommodation. We had an awesome stay, totally exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Amazing hosts who couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect, such beautiful people. Gorgeous gardens to surround your self and appreciate all nature has to offer. Thankyou again 🌸

Very comfortable, charming room, friendly hosts and four bonus beagles to pat! Perfect for our overnight stay while we visited our granddaughter at UNE.

So happy we didn’t stay in Armidale and found Elmswood Uralla instead. Everything about Elmswood is relaxing . The cottage is cosy without feeling too small. You have all the appliances to make your stay comfortable and the breakfast items provided were above the norm. The garden was beautiful and the morning mist winding through the garden was lovely. Uralla is a lovely township but when she shows off her autumn colours Uralla glows . Thanks Rob , our Elmswood stay was relaxing , exactly what we were looking for . Would we stay here again , yes we would & you should too

the essence of Air BnB, a private room ins someone's house. beautiful and charming cottage with lovely federation features. beautiful bay window, plenty of extra blankets, including an electric one to take the chill off. easy walking distance to the main street and friendly and helpful hosts, what more could you ask for!

This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and Poppy and Jack were the most amazing hosts. They welcomed us like part of their family, and were extremely accommodating to our needs. Jack taught our six year old twins all about life on the farm, and they had the most phenomenal time. I loved the peaceful surrounds and pristine gardens, watching the wildlife come and go. Poppy is the kindest, most beautiful soul who cares so deeply about her visitors. We feel blessed to have experienced her beautiful home and hope to visit again soon.
