The wooden cottage is located in slovenian countryside, surrounded by hills, green meadows and preserved natural forests. The house is carefully arranged for a comfortable stay. The whole house and its interior is a unique handmade work. There is an Outdoor Wellness with wood burning sauna and a hot tub provided. It stands just a few steps from the house and It is all yours during your staying. We welcome especially lovers of nature and peace who come to us for a break and a holiday.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Studio Lipa is a self-catering accommodation located in Maribor. Free WiFi access is available. The property is 6 km from Mariborsko Pohorje Ski resort, and 1.5 km from the Europark Shopping Centre. EG: Küche mit Sitzbereich, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit WC UG: Garten mit Sitz- und Liegebereich Die Ortstaxe (€ 2,50 pro Person und Nacht) ist im Betrag nicht inbegriffen und wird gesondert im Nachhinein verrechnet.
