Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

The Skyloft, Spratton - home away from home!

Accessed through its own outside door, the Skyloft offers light and spacious, heated first floor accommodation. As well as a comfortable double bedroom, it has a spacious living area with a kitchen area where guests can prepare their own breakfasts and microwave meals. It has 3 velux windows (with blackout blinds) which open and overlook the garden. Quiet village location close to the Kings Head pub which offers breakfast, lunch and fine dining. Local country walks, gardens and stately homes.

Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

It is in a tranquil location amongst acres of arable farmland and wild flower margins. It can be easily accessed from the village of Theddingworth. Our Cosy Cottage of Hearts! If you need a place to come and totally chill out then this is the place, Haselbech is a peaceful village where you can walk, cycle and explore all day long! OR snuggle up and do nothing but read a good book, cook nice food and relax. We live only 10 minutes away and will help with anything we can! Good pubs are not far away and there is so much to do in the area.
