Attractive, well appointed, fully self contained, one bedroom apartment on our very private, elevated site overlooking Arthur's Point with surrounding, spectacular mountain views. Lots of sunshine, mostly sheltered and apart from the odd squeal from Shotover Jet's clients in the Canyon, very peaceful and quiet! If you like to be slightly out of town but still close enough to access all that town has to offer this may be the place for you. Free Netflix. No smoking/vaping

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.
