Absolutely stunning place with great local surroundings. Such a homely small place with everything you could need.

Sue was super responsive and very friendly. Great local recommendations and lots of clear instructions. The apartment is really lovely with convenient car park a few yards away and immediately oppose pier - Very nice eatery at the end of the pier. Sue provided lots of lovely extras, snacks, toiletries milk, lemons and even a bag of ice! All very lovely and much appreciated. Unfortunately a lot of late night noisy revellers well into the wee hours on Saturday night / Master bedroom was quiet but 2nd bedroom took the brunt of street noise. Windows had to be closed and the apartment is very warm after a couple of lovely sunny days! Will take ear plugs next time:-).

Richard's place couldn't have been more perfect for us. We were in town for a conference, and the apartment was a short walk from the venue. It was attractive, well equipped and comfortable. Richard was responsive and flexible, letting us have an earlier check, in which was much appreciated. He made our stay easy and enjoyable. We'll stay here again!

A lovely little spot with a sea view, quiet - easy free parking (even for our van). 10 minute walk into town. Tesco Express round the corner if you want to eat in which we did on the last night. Cosy yet spacious - perfect place to stay in Margate - will definitely be coming back here when we're next in the area.

What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.

Great weekend by the seaside. lovely little place right on the beach with a great view. Easy walks in either direction and all the amenities there for you including the kitchen- not that you need it with some fabulous restaurants 5 mins away tops (The Ship and La Turka to name but 2). We had a little problem with the loo which could have caused issues but Teresa got someone out within the hour and the problem was sorted before we got back from a stroll. That's service for you! Loved it, thoroughly recommend.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover on our way to the airport. It was well equipped, the bed was comfy and everything was spotless. Having a space to park was also very useful. The condo had large windows at the front and with the bus stop right outside, gave no privacy, as people who were sat on the bus could look directly into the room. There were blinds which you could pull down if you felt the need, but this made the room very dark during the day. The photos on the listing are what you will find. The accommodation is great to stay in when attending local events, being only a 5 minute drive from the marina.

We had a great stay at deans place, it was perfectly located for the beach and some cute shops and lovely restaurants. We spent most of our time at the harbour arm which was bout a 10 min walk! Deans was greatly equipped and also lots of space. We will defo be returning back to Folkestone again!

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

We spent a lovely weekend staying at Kats apartment. It was well kitted out with lots of nice little touches like blankets and other items for the beach. I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

Peaceful and relaxing. We loved our stay here. Having breakfast on the decking, taking in wonderful views each morning was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot for a weekend in St Leonard’s

What a fabulous apartment in the perfect location, had everything we needed and the best welcome pack EVER! The balcony is bright and sunny, the beds are enormous and super comfy, we loved everything and hope to be back one day, thank you Janey!

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. Undoubtedly professional and sincere hosts during my stay. Both Capital Link and Aleksandra exceeded my expectations with how helpful and responsive they were. The space itself is divine. The bedroom reminds of scenes from the movie ‘Shame’ starring Michael Fassbender… if you know you know!!! Would love to stay again in the future. Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

The place is clean and very bright. The location is a short walk to Angel or Shoreditch. I’d highly recommend it.

Exceptional accommodation! I simply could not recommend this apartment high enough. The host was very responsive, helpful and great with recommendations. He even left us fresh bread, milk, butter, an overflowing fruit bowl and fresh flowers which I thought was a lovely touch. We had our 10 year old twins with us, they thought the place was super cool and loved the fact that the pool was literally metres from our front door. It was also perfect for children in that there was every kitchen pot, pan and utensil you could think of there so cooking was a breeze, plus there is a Tesco express 2-3 mins walk away for any groceries. The place was spotlessly clean. The living area and kitchen are the perfect layout for lounging and entertaining with friends and family. Location wise I also thought it was spot on in that it was only 2-3 minutes walk to the nearest tube station. Lastly I must note the mattress in the main bedroom, probably thee most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on.

We enjoyed staying at Claudia’s space. Claudia has been proactive in communications and accommodated our needs. We appreciate the support.

We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

We loved staying at Lisa's place, it was a great location as I was attending a course at the Greenwich Naval College. Handy shops, local rail transport nearby and Greenwich was fab. The weather was glorious and there were many great places to explore and enjoy. Check in and out was simple and Lisa was generous in offering us a much later check out and also providing us with a welcome package of food. Would love to come back for another stay.
