This piece of the pie sits on a 3.14 acre homestead just south of Atlanta. The cottage is a cozy little spot nestled between hardwoods and a postcard orchard behind our main house. Enjoy a backyard fire, have a picnic, party it up in the game room. Take a self-guided tour around the Fruit Loop and stretch your soul walking our Great Little Trail. Close to the airport, Echopark Speedway, downtown Fayetteville, and within an hour of all major attractions.

Tempur-pedic queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a washer/ dryer. The living area has a couch suitable for the space and a dining table and chairs workspace setup is available upon request. Large walk-in closet and bathroom.
