The Little Barn

The little barn is a beautiful 2 bedroom barn conversion. Being part of Callards Farm situated in the beautiful Devon countryside. Now only a smallholding, we try to continue its 400 year history by raising sheep and cattle. Situated at the end of a mile long, narrow, bumpy lane surrounded by rolling hills. With Barnstaple about half an hours drive away and the stunning North Devon coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor within an hour. The little barn is ideally suited for exploring and experiencing Devon.

Quirky, comfortable, converted Chapel

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The striking, zinc-shingle clad lodge, sits on the bank of the specimen lake, which is home to common and mirror carp (the former of which go up to 41-lbs), as well as tench, bream, and roach. With your own private deck only a couple of paces from the entrance doors to the lodge, you can even fish from the comfort of the sofa, whilst catching up with your favourite series on Netflix!

Bedport Loft

Bedport Loft is a tranquil couples romantic retreat situated between Exmoor and Dartmoor on the outskirts of the small village of Burrington. Come and enjoy the peaceful setting with dark skies for star gazing and wake up to the sound of birdsong. Great walks, great beaches and fabulous sunsets. Five minute drive to our local golf club, Libbaton which has a bar and restaurant.
