Small hotel that looked modern and fresh. They had lovely touches like the fire pits outside. Our stay was short but very pleasant.

We loved the area and our vintage trailer. Extremely welcoming to pets. Such a unique and boutique place. Make sure to make your sauna or any other reservations in advance! Well worth it. We will be back.

this was a nice space, clean & comfy. should note it it a hotel room. I was reminded that it's "no view no pets" not an issue, but should say hotel no beach view. Easy access to beach and great for the quick stay. thanks

River Inn was amazing! The complimentary breakfast we good and there are several places to walk around nearby. I will definitely be staying here again when visiting Seaside

Adorable seaside stay with premium saunas and great location with fabulous restaurant connected!

We stayed for one night in a really great two bedroom suite: two king size beds, two balconies, a jetted tub and even a peekaboo ocean view (just a block from the beach). The price was surprisingly low. Breakfast was the typical buffett with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. We would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Beautiful accommodations in a wonderful setting.

I had a really nice stay. It wasn’t the best location. Busy right on the edge of downtown seaside. But the room was clean and the staff is very friendly!

I had an amazing time at this hotel with my friends, we came for a surprise birthday beach getaway. Carmen helped us get the birthday package and everything:) Carmen was an amazing host, had great communication, and helped us out a lot. We headed down to the beach and carmen gave us a flashlight since it was dark lol. Borrowed some movies for a stay in movie night and played card games. The beds were sooo comfortable even the pullout bed. We had 3 beds and 2 bathrooms and were right across from the pool:) The complimentary breakfast was also yummy <3 We were in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in seaside:) amazing place

Location was wonderful. Having ocean views and direct access to the boardwalk made it so worth it. The room was cute, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the Inn doesn’t have a ton of rooms with lots of people. Seaside is a really cute town with everything you need, it was also a 20 min drive to canyon beach and ecola park.

Everything was very good .. very clean our suite, the pool area, the water very comfortable to relax and in yes everything very well .. thank you, only 2 important details and this is not for the hotel, if not for my application .. the suite that I rented with you was overlooking the sea and you gave me another one where it is you could not contemplate the beach .. and inside the suite there was no WiFi, free you to buy, in your stay .. there .. but well we had a great time with my, family.. thank you very much .. very soon we will return and recommend this place to our relatives

Host was very responsive and quick! Gave great instructions on how to find the location (can be tricky to see at night), and was very friendly and helpful overall! Plus there is a 10% discount at the restaurant for air bnb guests :)

Super convenient place to stay, especially if you’re taking the bus from Portland! I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Due to construction in the female bunk room, I was upgraded to a private lofted-suite for free—which I was more than happy about. Room exceeded my expectation! The volunteers at the hostel were amazing—Asa, Kirsten, and Cody were all so welcoming, personable, and extremely helpful. Asa even drove me over to Cannon Beach one day when I missed the bus. And Kirsten invited me to a delicious group meal she made. If you’re interested to book this hostel and want to contact someone, they said to call the office directly. The listed Airbnb host, Nguyen, does not respond. Overall, a lovely stay—I’d certainly book the hostel again the next time I’m in Seaside!

Amazing view and walking distance from beach and restaurants. Right in the center and perfect. Check in was easy. The only bad thing is there is no AC. However, a fan was provided and it cooled the space down. Loved that everything that is needed for cooking in small kitchen is provided. Friendly staff. Parking is tricky when those that don’t have compacts park in compact area. Plenty of parking is given though. One on site and off to the side.
