Separate bedroom and bath provides perfect sleeping space for two. While no full kitchen or laundry, there’s a coffee bar, micro and frig.

We are on Capitol Hill, a short walk to the US Capitol, Supreme Court, Library of Congress and the National Mall with its iconic memorials, Smithsonian Museums and National Gallery of Art. Half a block away is Eastern Market, an historic indoor food market open 6 days a week. On the weekends it expands with outdoor farm stands and vendors selling crafts and other goods. Within blocks are many restaurants, shops and the Metro. On street parking is free, a two night stay is minimum. Thank you!

It is a fully private studio (efficient “tiny home”), with separate entrance and contactless, keypad lock. The interior includes a queen bed, small table for two, and bathroom (no kitchen). The Carriage House is a short 6-8 minute walk to the Eastern Market metro station (orange, blue, and silver lines).
