Kim and Phil’s place stood out for cleanliness and was walkable to the beach and town. Kim and Phil themselves went above and beyond in their helpfulness and friendliness. We would definitely love to stay at Beach on Barclay again!

Our little family of 4 had the most amazing stay at Karen’s cottage! The photos don’t do it justice. The house was impeccably clean and well thought out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The stunning view over the trees was a highlight. Having a morning tea overlooking the trees with the beautiful birds was so memorable. The cottage is walking distance to the beach, park and a few great cafes just at the end of the street. Couldn’t recommend this house anymore. We will back! Thanks Karen 😊

It’s close to the beach, shops, and restaurants — all within a 10-minute walk. The room is cosy, and you can hear the sound of the ocean. I especially loved the balcony on the second floor. A great escape from the city.

Charlotte was a wonderful host and extremely considerate of my particular needs. Her place is perfectly positioned for the awe inspiring views of the Pacific, access to the beach and cliff-walks. It is a large airy apartment with an ample balcony designed, on one side, to take advantage of the ocean views. On the other side, the main bedroom opens onto a private courtyard giving a nice contrast to the open ocean views. I definitely recommend this place. I look forward to a return visit.

Phou is a lovely host! She was quick to answer all of our questions and kind enough to help with other information and requests though we couldn’t meet in person. She even provided us some food which beyond our expectations. The house itself is well designed and can accommodate a lot of people. However, there’s only 2 bathrooms so need a bit of time management. Other than that our stay were amazing! The location is in a lovely neighborhood close to the airport. It’s walkable to train station (within 1 km range). If you plan to drive though, parking is a bit tricky but Phou’s detailed guide would get you covered. All in all, I would recommend this place to any group that plans to visit Sydney.

I booked the day of check-in & it was ready in the afternoon. Check-in & was super easy & we were greeted on arrival. We had everything we needed. Comfortable, cosy, clean, a home away from home. Parking was undercover at the doorstep which was very convenient. Belinda was a great host and very responsive. We loved our stay and will be back.

Kim's place was located in a quiet street, just down the road from large parks and only a short drive to the Bass Hill Plaza. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The place was well appointed and very spacious, with all the amenities that you would need. It was isolated from the hosts' house and felt very private. The snack bowl was a welcome surprise.

Peaceful and beautiful place to be with kids and grandparents. Coffee offer at Milkwood was very kind gesture. Will definitely come back again.

Remarkably well provisioned. Beds were super comfy and the location is spot on. Very easy to get to the city or walking distance to Bondi beach. Great host!

Jo’s place was exactly what we had expected. Very homely, had all the amenities we needed and more! Traveling with 3 kids and 2 small dogs this place is perfect. Nice inside space that was comfortable and made us feel right at home. The outdoor area is perfect for those warm summer nights. The pool is a beautiful bonus! This is place is perfect as a base or to just relax and enjoy!! Thank you Jo for making our stay amazing!

This Airbnb was the perfect base for our Sydney trip! We loved being just a short walk from the city, with countless amazing cafes and restaurants right on our doorstep. Getting around was incredibly convenient thanks to the abundance of nearby public transport. The apartment itself was comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the partial Sydney Harbour views and the lovely cooling breeze on the balcony. It was also wonderful finding such a great spot that welcomed our dog, who had a brilliant time on the local coastal park walks. A top choice for convenience and city living!

The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed & the location was perfect, so central. It also felt as if we'd found a slightly hidden gem right in the heart of the CBD. Sharon was more than helpful when we asked if we could drop our bags off earlier. A very welcoming host.

The Cottage is located in a beautiful spot with amazing views and everything you could possibly need. This was our second time visiting and we hope to be back! It’s a quick drive to town and the heated pool was wonderful. The games court is great for families or you can just spend the whole time enjoying the view from the deck. Hannah is a helpful, responsive host and a pleasure to communicate with.

The perfect getaway! A peaceful and beautiful home that felt both homey and luxurious. A home and surrounds so beautiful we found ourselves staying in more just to soak it all up. Sussanah and her partner were very friendly and gave wonderful suggestions. Will definitely visit again!

As a family of 4 adults and 1 pet, we stayed at the Sanctuary over a weekend of near consistent rain, oftentimes torrential. This delightful home certainly lived up to its name for us as a home away from home, especially when compared to a hotel room or holiday park cabin which would each have been miserable in such weather. This property is well located, beautifully presented to guests and the hosts are both considerate and easy to deal with. We expect to have cause to visit Wollongong as a family again in future and will undoubtedly check the availability of the Sanctuary before looking elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay in the Carriage House immensely, especially relaxing by the fire both evenings of our stay. The bed was very comfortable and provided a restful sleep. Great location too and a good choice for a weekend in the Southern Highlands. The place is genuinely dog friendly, which was important for us. Charlie and Andy were very responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend their place to stay.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Joe's place in Zetland. Joe was extremely responsive and accommodating, and he did everything to make sure we were comfortable. The unit was very cozy, decorated with beautiful plants, and the kitchen was fully stocked with knives and cooking utensils. There were plenty of toys for my toddler son to play with and Joe made sure to provide a high chair and a travel cot as well. The balcony was extremely spacious and we spent many afternoons out there letting our son practice walking. The apartment sometimes got warm on sunny days but there were plenty of fans and air conditioning so we were able to stay cool. The neighborhood was also super convenient and easy to get around. My wife and I enjoyed taking our son around for walks and going out shopping at the nearby East Village mall. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and tons of options for dining out. All in all a great stay with a great host!

Cosy place. Kerri and Alan were very thoughtful, and made sure that every aspect of the stay was looked after, having provided umbrellas, amenities for the puppy (including some biscuits), a kitchenette packed with everything, and made great local recommendations.

My teen daughter and I stayed at this rental for two weeks. It worked really well for us. WiFi was reliable for working remotely (Zoom only zonked out a couple times over numerous calls). It was also an easy bus ride to downtown Sydney. The neighbourhood felt very safe. It was super hilly though, if you have trouble with walking, another neighborhood might be better. Our hosts were super - very communicative and helpful!

This is such a beautiful location. We loved being next to both Bronte beach and Bronte park. There are amazing cafes down the street as well as a bus stand. We loved the coastal walk and the pool. Anne was very willing to provide essentials and was very accommodating with our timing. One note for those with more than 2 adults: the single beds are designed for children (as listed in the description). We made it work for my adult children, and the location made it worth it. :)

This was the ideal coastal bolt hole for our week down the coast. Leah has curated a lovely luxe architectural destination that makes really clever use of space both inside and out in a tranquil setting with sea glimpses.
