Garden Studio

Clean & Modern Self contained Studio with own bathroom and kitchenette. We like to leave our guests to enjoy their privacy in their own space, however we're there to help with any queries or suggestions. We offer a free continental breakfast of cereal and local fresh fruit (Seasonal) on the first day. Our unit is also fully screened to keep the mozzies out. Max Pax for our Unit is two guests. Our place is suitable for couples, business travelers and solo travelers.

My place is close to the airport, the town center, parks, and has great views of the garden and the ocean in the distance. You’ll love my place because it is modern, clean and cosy. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Some of the islands best beaches are a short distance away. Check in time is any time after 3pm on the date you booked and check out is @ any time before 11am on the date you check out.

This modern, fully self contained unit is an oasis of calm. It is located inland, away from the hustle and bustle, in a tropical garden setting with views towards the ocean. An easy 5 minute drive will take you to/from Rarotonga International Airport, Avarua township (shops, cafes, restaurants and market), and the popular “Black Rock” beach for swimming and amazing sunsets.
