Oak Tree Hut

Unfortunately no dogs/children/infants are allowed. Oak Tree Hut is situated on our working sheep farm in Dumfries and Galloway. The views from the hut looks over St John’s Town of Dalry and up onto the Rhinns of Kells. Lie in bed watching the sunrise and sit on the verandah or soak in the outside bath while watching the sunset. Watch the bird life and livestock peacefully fly and amble by. The hut has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

This unique place has a style all its own. Mackie lodge is a private, luxurious lodge set in the grounds of Polnaberoch House in the heart of Loch Lomond . Situated 4 miles from the picturesque village of Luss, 5 miles from Helensburgh and 5 miles from Balloch . The lodge caters for two people and offers private parking and own entrance. It has its own private garden with putting green and out door bath on the deck area for hot aromatherapy bath or ice bath !

This quiet hillside location is the perfect place to stay if you or your family are looking for a peaceful place to stay. The lodge sleeps up to 4 persons with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which can be set up for one or two persons. One well behaved dog is allowed. The local grocery shop is less than a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. Cabin In Luss at Lochlomond

Great getaway cabin on the Banks of Loch Lomond, fantastic views of the loch and surrounding mountains. A great base for enjoying the many water sports available on the loch, hill walking or simply a relaxing break. We have recently changed the cabin to a self catering accommodation. It now compromises of a kitchen and separate seating area, fully glazed to enjoy the loch what ever her moods! New pictures will follow.
