Samia's house is a great and peaceful place to stay for longer time. Everything was clean, the whole apartment is spacious. My fiancée and I feel at home there.

Soufia était présente à notre arrivée tardive (notre avion a eu du retard). Elle a prit le temps de bien nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’appartement et des alentours. Elle habite à l’étage de la propriété. Très belle propriété entouré d’un jardin intime. Plusieurs plantes et arbres y sont plantés, donc beaux paysages. Il y a la présence de chats dans le jardin. L’intérieur de l’appartement est bien décoré et propre. On s’est senti toute suite à l’aise… Les lits et oreillers sont confortables. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour!

la casa è davvero molto bella, camere spaziose e bagni pulitissimi. la cucina è molto attrezzata. avere la disponibilità del cortile e del terrazzo rende il tutto ancora più agevole

This is my second time staying at Zeinab’s! It never disappoints. The apartment was so clean for our arrival. The location is great in my opinion. So close to the walkable Medina, one of my favorite parts of the city. The private rooftop is a great place to spend time in the sun with your morning coffee. The apartment is set up to feel like a home, not an Airbnb rental. I feel so comfortable in it. Thank you for everything Zeinab!

Un grand merci à Naïma pour sa très grande disponibilité et ses rapides réponses et à sa sœur Hayfa pour l'accueil chaleureux qu'elle nous a réservé tout au long de notre séjour.. Nous sommes touchées par tant de prévenance et de gentillesse qui nous font apprécier notre premier voyage en Tunisie. Nos demandes ont toujours été accueillies avec promptitude. Tout le long du séjour, nous nous sommes senties chez nous , ma sœur et moi et avons profité de la quiétude du logement pourvu en tout et décoré avec goût. L'environnement populaire est très respectueux et les commerçants avenants et honnêtes. C'est une adresse que nous retiendrons lors de nos prochains voyages et que nous recommandons certainement aux futurs visiteurs.

The place is really nice and extremely comfortable. With 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, it was more than enough. But what made our stay beyond expectations is Raja and Mo. She was sooo kind and even when I got sick she made me food and brought it to me. Mo picked us up from the airport and drove us to see the different sites. He even brought me figs to take back to my mom. We really felt like it was home away from home. The area is a town, with simple people and big hearts. The souks and some of the attractions are 20 min walk or 8 min by taxi. Download “bolt” for taxi service, it’s like Uber. There a fruit market 5 min walk and a lot of restaurants and cafe around. I will truly miss being here.

Ahmed et son père sont des hôtes très accueillants et très arrangeants sur l'horaire d'arrivée. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à sa description et le quartier était paisible. Nous reviendrons!

Très bon logement, très bien situé, à 3 minutes de Sidi Bou Saïd en voiture. À proximité du palais présidentiel et des sites antiques de Carthage. Rue calme avec piscine chauffée. Climatisation et chauffage disponibles si besoin. Billel est très avenant ; avant mon arrivée, il m’avait envoyé les localisations des commerces à proximité

L’appartement était propre avec une vue dégagé. La résidence est propre également. Merci à Sami et Sonia

logement très agréable. conforme à l'annonce. Calme car voie sans issue. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée permettent de se restaurer et désaltérer en arrivant. hôte très réactif lorsque nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude. la piscine est très agréable et bien chauffée. Possibilité de se rendre en ville à 5 min de marche où l'on retrouve magasins et restaurants. J'y retournerai sans problème. la literie est peut-être à revoir.

Excellent séjour chez Malik. Le cadre est très agréable, familial et chaleureux. Les parents de Malik sont des hôtes tellement attentifs. En 9 années de séjour Airbnb c'est la première fois que nous vivons une telle expérience. Nous avons eu quelques soucis au démarrage, voiture bloquée à la douane tunisienne, arrivée à 5h du Matin épuisés.francesca et Hammadi nous ont chaleureusement accueillis dans la nuit. Le lendemain après nous avoir offert un délicieux petit déjeuner Francesca nous a accompagnés faire les courses, présenté les alentours et aides a trouver une voiture de location à une période où il n'y en avait pas. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour que nous soyons bien et que nous profitions rapidement de nos vacances. La maison est très belle. Il y a énormément de sites à découvrir à 1 h de route, Bizerte, hamamet, Tunis, cayo coco Beach... a 10 mn à pied de trouve la plage de gammarth avec ses restaurants et nightclubs. Nous avons été très heureux chez vous. Merci infiniment!

Super séjour, l’espace est immense, un véritable palais ! J’y ai organisé un petit dîner en famille et amis et tout le monde était sour le charme des lieux. Un excellent plan pour les familles ou groupe d’amis qui souhaiteraient visiter Tunis.

I stayed over a month and Amira was always very attentive. She quickly resolved any issues I had. The internet was fast for working and streaming. The main road is only 5 minutes walk away and it has many restaurants. The TGM (train) goes into Tunis, but during my stay it was closed to go in the other direction. Fortunately it's easy to find a taxi on the main road and it's very cheap. The beach is only one block from the main road and the water was not too cold to swim well into November.

The apartment is located near the French Consulate and close to Avenue Habib Bourguiba, which is one of the central landmarks of the city of Tunis. Therefore, in my opinion, it is a safe area, even at night. The building’s staircase is in poor condition and urgently needs renovation and cleaning. The apartment is on the top floor — a long and strenuous climb. It has a very pleasant balcony. The rooms are nice, with air conditioning in the living room and an oil heater in the bedroom. The kitchen is functional, although I missed having a microwave. I loved the Delonghi coffee maker.

Très bel appartement situé en plein cœur de la médina. Joli toit terrasse accessible par escalier en colimaçon. Très bons restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche. A recommander !!

logement proche de la cathédrale à 5min à pied , du souk et bab al bahr. proche de tout et restaurant etc. le balcon est top pour ce reposer et profiter de la belle météo. Filippo est top . (hors sujet mais il y a un très jolie bar à thé au rdc mais attention au prix demandé diffirent de ceux affichées)

Apartamento limpo, bem localizado. A aparência e impressão inicial não são boas porque o imóvel é antigo e pouco cuidado no exterior.Depois de fechar a porta, tudo se altera. Tem tudo perto. Aconselho.

Absolutely wonderful stay in the heart of Tunis! Mehdi was incredibly warm, helpful, and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment itself is a dream — beautifully designed and ideally located in the very center of the city. Mehdi was always available, super friendly, and made no distinction between short or long stays when it came to offering top-notch service. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I would absolutely love to come back!

Appartamento ampio e ben fornito, in posizione comoda al centro della città ed a negozi e ristoranti. Accoglienza e check in ottimi nonostante siamo arrivati in ritardo a causa dell'aereo. Ottima base per visitare Tunisi. Attenzione che l’appartamento è al primo piano di un condominio senza ascensore. Essendo in centro è normale che si sentano un po’ i rumori cittadini.
