Great place to stay for visiting Boston! Cambridge is only 2-3 miles away. The Charles River is only ~2 miles away. The T stop to get downtown is only about a half mile walk. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. It was also nice having a fully-equipped kitchen. As others have said, the stairs could be challenging for some, but they wouldn’t prevent me from staying again.

Our first trip to the Boston area couldn’t have been better! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The bedroom I stayed in had its own balcony with a beautiful ocean view—ideal for peaceful summer mornings or warm, relaxing nights. The open-concept living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this place apart are two unbeatable features: first, you won’t find easier access to public transportation—there’s a bus stop just a 30-second walk away that takes you right into Boston. Second, the hosts, Milan and Anna, were some of the kindest and most helpful we’ve ever met. Their local tips made our stay even better. Great amenities, smartTV, updated shower, dishwasher, laundry, grill available to use, etc. Right next to the house is a beautiful walkway that stretches down the beachfront of Winthrop. We’re already talking about coming back as the Boston area is second to none!

This was a perfect setting for me in cold February. Close to where I wanted to be and close to the beach where I grew up. The apartment is a streamlined resting place in a busy visitor's schedule: all needs met in advance. I'm so grateful to Emily for being flexible when I needed to change my schedule. This place is so great I'm reluctant to share it with others.

This was my second stay in one of Michael's places. Enjoyed both times and would definitely come back. It's starting to feel like my home away from home 😊

This was a great rental that I’d highly recommend! It was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in, and was also well-stocked. I was thrilled to discover a high chair and a sound machine, as well as plenty of linens and pillows. The house was supplied with enough toilet paper and paper towels for our stay, as well as laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, a clean sponge, and more. We got in late at night and really appreciated finding some bottles of water and chips waiting for us. The host, Mandy, was very quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating.

We were traveling as a group of 7 for a wedding in Nahant. Location was ideal. House was spacious with a few different places to hang out. I don't remember if the description said that the 2nd bathroom is off the master bedroom, but no one used the master bedroom so it would be accessible to everyone for use. Beds and bedrooms were good. Overall, a great experience

We came into town for a film festival and were very tired after a long day. This place was excellent! They had an easy check-in policy, and it took moments for us to unload and get much-needed rest. We got in late and left around 10. It was perfect! Thank you!

We thought about writing a long winded review to explain why we enjoyed our stay but it would take too long. Bottom line is, we have been using Airbnb for many years and our family unanimously agreed that this was the nicest one we have ever stayed in. We probably said these words out loud at least three times a day. LOL. This is a home we won’t forget and will always seek out if we ever find ourselves again in the area. Cozy, peaceful and the pups were very happy to have such a nice neighborhood to take our walks around. They made quite a few friends. We would recommend it to anyone. Well done, Amy and Bryan. You should be the good standard that all hosts aspire to be. Totally nailed it!

Our group of 3 women stayed at Johnny's place for a week for the World Figure Skating Championships. The hotels were hard to book and not worth the price they were charging. What a find for us to be able to stay at this property! The neighborhood felt safe, and we appreciated the Whole Foods, CVS, and restaurants right nearby. The walks to TD Garden and the subway station were easy and convenient. One of us slept in the king bedroom, one slept on the bottom bunk of the second bedroom, and one slept on the extra mattress in the lower finished basement level, so we each had our own space. The kitchen was lovely; we appreciated the breakfast options provided! Overall, we were very comfortable; I'd recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

Rojan was a very communicative host. Neighborhood was quiet. Quick Uber ride to get into the city.

Loved the spotless antique home lovingly restored. It is a unique stone cottage in the neighborhood. The back of the house overlooks wetlands, so great views from the back of the house. The main bedroom has a very soft mattress, which we know our adult children would have loved, and since we prefer a firmer bed, we were able to move to the second bedroom after a few nights. We were visiting our 2 year old grandson and we spent most of our time at his parent's home but cooked at the stone cottage, which had all that we needed, and brought it to their house. The outdoor space of steep grades to the wetlands and inside space of steep stairs would be challenging for toddlers. but it was fine for us. We were so appreciative of Lauren's flexibility with both our arrival and departure; it made a big difference to us. Thank you, Lauren.

Great location near Ferry to go to and from Boston without being stuck in traffic. Quiet, secluded. Lots of rooms to sleep. A toddler/baby crib perfect for our family. Lots of TVs to use. Easy access to local family-friendly restaurants. Nearby to World's End and a short drive to Plymouth, MA. Overall would recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Kaitlin’s place for 4 days. She was a friendly and welcoming host who was always responsive and checked in with us. It was easy to find and check in to the Airbnb. The Airbnb is located conveniently near the airport (we were able to walk to the terminal) and the Blue Line of the subway. The description matches the place very well, it was a cozy space and perfect for a couple. Although the bathroom is small and there is no full kitchen, a minifridge, microwave and coffee machine were available and all we needed for our stay. There was a drying rack available to hang our towels. We had a great time!

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

We loved our stay in Arlington. The home was spacious and nicely laid out. It was a bonus that the location is super walkable! A block from great restaurants, coffee and ice cream and a couple more blocks to the grocery and playgrounds. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions.

We stayed at Marian & Avanish's place for a spring trip in Boston and it was a wonderful experience! We were 4 people and the unit felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean, well-stocked and made you feel right at home! We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to future guests!

Stayed here for the Boston Marathon and it was a great place and its close to public transit which makes the whole city accessible. Plus it is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

What a gem of a place for our girl's weekend! This home is in a great location right near the town commons that makes it easy to traverse Salem and all that it has to offer, so stay here if you want to check out the local bars, restaurants, stores, museums, and waterfront. We used Alex's place as a home base to explore both Salem and Boston, and the house is easily walkable from the Salem train station that can get you to and from Boston. Alex was so considerate, and even got us local coffee and cupcakes as a welcome present -- she is by far the most thoughtful host we've ever had! We would absolutely stay here again (and again)!

Edna thought of every little detail of what we would need to make our stay comfortable. Wished we could stay longer but definately will be back!

Great neighborhood, plenty of restaurants, walking distance to everything needed. Walked to Fenway for the Red Sox game. The apartment was nice and clean, easy to get in. Instructions were clear and concise. The rooftop is an added bonus!! Would stay again if I go to Boston.
