It was built in 2025 with a modern design. The private garden is a rare find, perfect for dinners outdoors. There’s a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive. Von der Schnellbahnstation Atzgersdorf mit der S-Bahn zum Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere und zum Hauptbahnhof- weiter mit U1 zum Stephansplatz.

Nuestro piso esta ubicado en el tercer piso de un edificio histórico del siglo XIV, accesible con ascensor. Éste cuenta con dos dormitorios accesibles por separado, un baño y un servicio, y una cocina que también puede utilizarse durante la estancia. Nosotros vivimos habitualmente en él y lo alquilamos cuando no estamos en Viena. La mayoría de las atracciones de Viena son accesibles a pie y el metro mas cercano (U2 Rathaus) se encuentra a 200m de distancia.
