Ross creek walking track begins on our property. Suitable for couples with or without baby/toddler, solo adventurers and business travellers. Pet dogs permitted on request.

Private Retreat in North Dunedin

Nestled against remnant native bush, this location is nevertheless an easy 15 minute walk from the university and central Dunedin. 20 minutes to the Forsyth Barr Stadium. Plenty of free on-street parking and the bus route passes the front door. This area is well serviced by food outlets and there is a nearby supermarket and laundromat. You will have your own private entry and can keep to yourself or feel free to pick the brains of your host, Chris. Photography is a favourite topic!

Sunny and warm, with a heat pump for cooler days. Easy walking distance to the main street (George St), Supermarket and the Gardens. Very close to the University, Polytechnic and Stadium. The space is set up comfortably for 2 guests, however a third guest can be accommodated, by using the sofa bed.

This charming 1900s villa on a tree lined street has broad appeal from the cosy wood fire (firewood supplied) for winter to the sunny deck in summer. There is a well equipped kitchen, high speed broadband, a DVD and book collection and a deep bath. Alternately this comfortable house with off street parking is 15 minutes by car from pretty much anywhere or a short walk to the supermarket, eateries and other conveniences of the "Gardens" area. The bus stop is a short walk away.

Come and stay at Little Valley Cottage and wake up to sound of peace, quiet and beautiful bird song. The cottage is situated in a very private and tranquil setting in a 5 acre (2 hectare) block of native bush and gardens yet is still close to town. The Cottage is a two bedroom fully contained dwelling. It's an older wooden cottage so it's basic and has a few quirks but it has all the amenities to keep you comfy and cosy for a short term or long term stay.
