Couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for our honeymoon ☺️ Tamsui is a nice base to come home to after a hectic day of a hectic day of traveling to fast-paced districts. It’s nice and laidback, plus the scenery is so beautiful. We arrived late in the morning, and got delayed because we had trouble reaching our rented airport transfer from Klook. Thankfully, Sato was kind enough to call him for us since we didn’t have a sim card yet to do so. Sato waited for us outside the building, and gave thorough instructions. 10/10 highly recommended.

Traditional Taiwanese apartment located right at the beginning of the night market. Host was very flexible with our check in and check out that which we appreciated. Host was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We had a long term stay and the conveniences of the area helped a lot. Plenty of places to shop for food and other things and you can walk to all of them. We recommend the Shawarma stall just past the Watson’s. MRT station is right across the street as well as a beautiful area to walk seaside. There is something for everyone in this area to enjoy with the many types of food stalls. There are two organic markets as well if you are looking for healthy options. Hosts were very helpful, and there were many helpful and nice people we encountered every day that made our stay here enjoyable.

It looks just like the pictures. It’s a great place to say for one person or a couple. The view from the room is beautiful. The shower and especially the hot tub were wonderful. It’s a good place to relax for a few days and easy to get to Tamsui Old street from the room.

Glad to have stayed here as my accommodation in Taipei, first time staying in a loft apartment and it did not disappoint! Even though the location is quite far away (1 hour) from the much popular districts like Ximending, it's still a great place to stay in if you want a nice and cosy apartment to stay in!

The host was very responsive and accommodating. We arrived at the location at 8 am and she allowed us an early check-in; the unit was very clean and comfortable replete with essentials. We will definitely stay again for our next visit.

This is definitely one of my best stay in taiwan so far. Host is very thoughtful and detailed about the necessities. They provided very high quality products and the space is clean and cosy. Location may be a little far from the city but the beauty lies in the peaceful and quietness of the district. Will definitely want to stay here again when I visit taipei next time!

Andrew’s flat is located in the heart of Tamsui old market five minutes from the MRT Tamsui station, so be aware that it’s not a quiet place but very vibrant for those wishing to live nearby the food carts and delicious restaurants around. On the second floor of a building, the flat has been renovated and has twin beds, a shower room with warm water, air conditioning system as well, fridge, washing machine as well. Many many thanks to Andrew who kindly came to pick us up near Tamsui MRt station 🚉

Sato was an amazing host! He greeted us at the front and was very kind and welcoming. He was generous to be flexible on our check in and check out time. The home is cozy and convenience, we had three people and it was perfect. Not to mention the hot spring was a bonus. We will defiantly be coming again.

Slightly higher price due to weekends but worth it. Super clean and tidy. Easy to access. Great choice for couple. No lift though need to walk a few staircases. We are backpackers so all good , defo will come again =)

Helen greeted me at the building and showed me around the place. Truly a friendly host passionate about guest’s satisfaction. The place is nestled in a great location in Tamsui, less than 10 min walk to the night market and the pier. Perfect if you don’t want to navigate the bus system. It is also 10 min from the metro, making it convenient to get to central Taipei. However, if you do feel like utilizing the bus system in Taiwan ( it’s abundant), bus station is right outside the alley, less than a minute walk. Helen’s place is newly renovated, making it a comfortable and beautiful environment to stay at. I highly recommend Helen’s place for your next trip to Tamsui!

What a lovely place! Stayed 3 nights at the end of an amazing 4-week Taiwan road-trip, to wind down and be driving distance from TPE airport for our flight and explore scenic Tamsui. Andrew is a great host, thoughtful, super responsive. The location is absolutely perfect- right off the food & shopping street, 5 mts walk from the MRT station - yet tucked away in a quite alley. The space is large, a family of 5 could easily have an extended stay here. The private ground floor terrace is beautiful and comfortable to chill. The apartment is equipped with everything one could possibly need even for an extended stay. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is great in the bathroom (which is rare in Taiwan). Kitchen has all the amenities. Love it all. Hope to be back again!

L’appartamento di Andrew è inspirante. Andrew è un abile architetto che ha creato una bellissima magia in poco spazio rendendo la sua casa multifunzionale, confortevole e accogliente. The property is accessible to Taipe Main station, Ximending walk street and other great local restaurants. The property looked better than expected is very spacious for the six of us. The family had a great stay, thank you once again.

Tina was an excellent host. She helped with accommodations to and from the airport. We do not speak Mandarin, so this was so helpful and very much appreciated. The apartment was lovely. We all had enough room. We also enjoy cooking, the kitchen was helpful for us versus staying at a hotel, which would not have this amenity. We also were all able to do our laundry and Tina has drying space for all our clothing. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We loved Taipei and really loved staying at your apartment.

我们一家6个人住的很舒服。房子很干净。应有尽有。房子就在商场的上面。 大概唯一的缺点就是每次进出需要乘搭2各不一样楼层的电梯，住2天的我们一直进出会觉得挺麻烦的。还有热水器不是很好，冲洗一半水会一直变冷，断续几次了。 其它都没问题。整体还是满意的。

Výborné místo. Kousek od metra se skvělým spojením na další části města. Okolo spousta možností jídla a krámečků.

Sonam’s place was just as listed in the picture and very clean. The only thing that my parents were confused on was the tv situation. There is a tv but no local channels. Other than that everything was great. Sonam even let them check out later than 11am. Would definitely recommend.

Lisa was a very good host. She was helpful and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We had hot water problems on the first night, but she came right over to fix them. Overall, we had a very good experience staying at her place. I highly recommend her place.
