The Coach House

The Coach house has recently been lovingly restored and is full of charm and light. It has a calm, tranquil feel with every comfort a visitor could wish for. It is the perfect place for an Irish getaway nestled on the shores of Blessington lake and surrounded by the majestic Wicklow Mountains. Within 10 mins there are the villages of Ballymore Eustace and Hollywood both with wonderful Gastro-pubs and Blessington for all shopping. The cottage is recently renovated so is in beautiful condition. Nearby there are many activities, it has the benefits of been located on the edge of Baltinglass a fantastic village, so it’s very rural but has all the amenities within walking distance. Things to do, local park, golf, local outward bound centre, canoeing on the river Slaney, hill walking and biking, site seeing and historic ruins. A great spot to relax and enjoy the countryside with great views and a village on your doorstep.

Enjoy a truly Irish experience at Decoy Lodge, an old-style two-storey, two-bedroom farm cottage (three beds) situated right in the heart of a 170-acre working Irish sheep farm in Dunlavin, Co Wicklow. We can sleep a maximum of five adults and ideal for families with young children, with a cot bed (up to 3yo), Next-to-me co-sleeper (for infant up to three months), a travel cot with mattress (for young toddler), lots of books and toys.

Walk the towpaths of Borris, venture up Mt Leinster, enjoy the quaint pubs of Clonegal. Kilkenny City is a must.
