It has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and the couch folds out into a queen bed as well. There is a big covered porch with seating to enjoy your mornings and evenings. It is centrally located near ISU. Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. Separate ground floor entrance. 1 bedroom with memory foam queen bed, 680 thread count sheets, allergen protected down pillows, 52 inch smart TV and NEW CARPET. 1 bath, laundry, office and kitchenette with table, fridge and microwave. Located on country road that is beautiful for walking, we are located 1/2 mile from the Portneuf Wellness Complex, Nouveau Medspa, the Soda Barn and several local businesses.

It is located 11 minutes from Lava Hot Springs, 20 minutes from Downata Hot Springs, and 25 minutes from pebble creek ski area.

Hospital is 10 minute away for work or visiting trips. ISU is just down the road. Ross Park Zoo, Parks, and Swimming Complex are a walk away. Close to many locally owned Restaurants. Hiking, biking, and fishing are all minutes away such as City Creek and Edson Fichter. Easy drive to the freeway to get to Pebble Creek for skiing or Lava Hot Springs for other water fun. Nostalgic train sounds most guests say is background noise.

It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
