Our stay at Trish's barn was absolutely perfect. The place was spotless, modern and well looked after. Bed was comfy, and the rooms were spacious - exactly like the pictures. Peaceful and quiet location with stunning views, and not too far from the facilities in town. A few breakfast basics were also included. Although we only spent one night, it was everything we could have wanted. We wish we could have stayed longer, and would happily stay again. A fabulous place to stay.

We had such a lovely time staying at this property. Vicki and Kent were extremely gracious and welcoming hosts. Vicki took the time to show us around the farm and introduce us to their beautiful animals. The property itself was so peaceful and serene. The cottage was spotless and our dog, Frankie, had a ball. We will miss Pip the dog and can’t wait to return. Thank you so much!

an excellent property, very close to the venue of my Mothers 90th birthday party. A spacious property with very modern amenities. Bedding was high quality and plenty of towels. The outdoor area was great for the children to play in, pool looked great but not enough time to try. Would recommend for extended families, a very peacefull spot.

Fantastic stay at an amazing location. The host was very friendly, and it felt right at home being there. The surroundings are breathtaking, especially during sunset. There are two friendly dogs on the farm who will constantly greet you with a ball or stick to play fetch. The highlight of the property were the horses who were absolutely friendly and bonded with us over the our short stay. Each time we step outside, the horses would come towards us to be petted and even follow us back to the house. Additionally there are a group of Alpacas, a single pig and a peacock on the property as well. The space is perfect for a couple and had all the specified amenties plus more available. The kitchen was well equiped, and the town is only a 5 minute drive from the property. During our stay, it was fairly warm during the day, but this was not an issue due to the air-conditioning. Overally, it was a perfect relaxing getaway surrounded by friendly farm animals and breathtaking views.

Phoebe and her family are lovely, kind and warm. The space is special. You can enjoy the country hospitality or be private. The space has everything you need. The is a deck space for breakfasts, afternoon tea, dinner or a sunset night cap. An easy trip to Tamworth if you want to go to town. Kootingal has a local IGA if all you require are groceries. Great for a family or a romantic get away. Our family would recommend this air b&b.

5 stars 🤩 The Lana Cabin is amazing! Beautiful, clean and charming! We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We hope to be back someday! The view from the property is stunning. The highlight was not only the amazing stars we saw every night, but the gorgeous puppy that greeted us every morning. Highly, highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay at Tracey's place during our trip across Australia with a baby and 2 dogs. The place was incredibly dog friendly with bowls, bed, poo bags, couch cover and fenced in dog area, which our dogs loved. The fridge and pantry were stocked with complimentary goodies, which were much appreciated after a long drive. A beautifully thoughtful stay. The only downside was only being able to spend one night.
